Abstract: This application provides a communication resource scheduling method and an apparatus. The communication resource scheduling method in this application may include: indicating that a first resource of a first cell is used for first transmission, and indicating that a second resource of a neighboring cell of the first cell is used for second transmission, where at least one of time domain, frequency domain, space domain, code domain, or power domain of the second resource is different from at least one of time domain, frequency domain, space domain, code domain, or power domain of the first resource. In embodiments of this application, different scheduling manners may be used for the first cell and the neighboring cell of the first cell, to meet different service requirements of terminal devices in different cells, and avoid uplink and downlink interference while meeting the different service requirements.

Abstract: The method includes: An access network device sends a plurality of pieces of time division multiplexing mode information to a terminal, where each of the plurality of pieces of time division multiplexing mode information indicates one time division multiplexing mode, and in the time division multiplexing mode, time division multiplexing is performed on a first uplink time domain resource and a second uplink time domain resource, the first uplink time domain resource is an uplink time domain resource of a first carrier; and the second uplink time domain resource is an uplink time domain resource of a second carrier; and the access network device sends first information to the terminal, where the first information activates one of the plurality of time division multiplexing modes indicated by the plurality of pieces of time division multiplexing mode information.
