    Abstract: Embodiments provide a method for transmitting a reference signal between a base station and a terminal. In this method, a parameter is determined by a terminal based on frequency domain location information of a frequency domain resource unit. The parameter is used to determine a sequence of the reference signal, and the reference signal is carried on the frequency domain resource unit. The reference signal can be sent to the base station by the terminal. In some embodiments, the reference signal sent by the base station can be received by the terminal. According to this method, a peak-to-average power ratio when a single terminal sends data to a base station can be reduced, and communication interference between different cells can be canceled or reduced as much as possible.

    Abstract: This application relates to the field of communications technologies and discloses a signal transmission method and device, and a system. The method includes: determining, by a first device after receiving first information transmitted by a second device, to perform at least one of interference measurement and channel measurement on a resource, or to transmit a reference signal on a resource. The second device can configure the resource of the reference signal for the first device by transmitting the first information to the first device that is in a transmitting state or a receiving state, thereby improving flexibility of resource configuration of the reference signal. When this technical solution is applied to cross interference measurement, accuracy of inter-UE interference measurement is improved.

One example method includes that a terminal device receives configuration information of an interference measurement resource from a network side device. The terminal device performs first interference measurement by using a first measurement resource. The first measurement resource is a proper subset of the interference measurement resource.     Abstract: This application discloses a resource indication method, a network device, and a terminal device, to improve utilization of a resource mapped to a DMRS port. The method includes: sending, by a network device, configuration information to a terminal device, so that the terminal device determines, based on the configuration information, that a second resource in first resources is used to transmit first information or that a third resource in first resources is not used to transmit first information, where the first resources are resources mapped to a DMRS port. In this way, the terminal device can multiplex the resources mapped to the DMRS port. When some of the first resources are not used to transmit a DMRS, the resources may be indicated to determine whether the resources may be used to transmit the first information, for example, the first information may be data, control information, or other information different from DMRS information, thereby ensuring maximum use of the resources mapped to the DMRS port, and improving resource utilization.
