Abstract: A communication network, comprising a video server, adapted to generate a multicast video signal, and a first router is provided. The communication network is operated by a first communication provider. The first router is adapted to receive the multicast video signal, generate a plurality of unicast video signals from the multicast video signal, and provide each of the plurality of unicast video signals to one of a plurality of user devices, connected to a first further communication network, through at least a first further router, which is part of the first further communication network. The first further communication network is operated by a second communication provider.

Abstract: The technology of this application relates to a method and apparatus. A first service packet of a target service flow received by a packet receiving node includes in-situ flow detection information, and the in-situ flow detection information includes a detection flag and a sequence number of the first service packet. When determining, based on the detection flag, that out-of-order detection needs to be performed, the packet receiving node may perform the out-of-order detection based on the sequence number of the first service packet and a sequence number of a second service packet.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a network traffic migration method and apparatus. The network traffic migration method includes: obtaining a bandwidth usage parameter value of each of M vBNG-UP network elements, where M is an integer greater than 1; when a bandwidth usage parameter value of a first vBNG-UP network element reaches a first threshold, determining a second vBNG-UP network element based on the sum of bandwidths occupied by to-be-migrated network traffic of one or more terminal devices in a first device group on the first vBNG-UP network element and a bandwidth usage parameter value of one or more vBNG-UP network elements in a vBNG-UP network element group; and migrating the to-be-migrated network traffic of the terminal devices in the first device group to the second vBNG-UP network element.
