Abstract: An uplink signal transmission method includes: sending, by a terminal device, an uplink signal to a network device in response to determining that a first variation meets a timing advance (TA) update condition, where the first variation indicates a quality change value of a downlink signal received by the terminal device; receiving, by the terminal device, first information from the network device; and in response to determining that the first information includes TA information, adjusting, by the terminal device, an uplink transmission time based on the TA information.

Abstract: In a data transmission method, a first communications device receives flag information. When the flag information indicates that one piece of control information can be used for scheduling of a plurality of transport blocks, the first communications device obtains transport block allocation information that indicates the number of transport blocks scheduled by the control information and a bit state corresponding to each transport block. Alternatively, when the flag information indicates that one piece of control information can be used for scheduling of only one transport block, the first communications device obtains hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process number information, where the HARQ process number information indicates an HARQ process number corresponding to the transport block scheduled by the control information. The first communications device sends data or receives data based on the information.

Abstract: Example resource allocation methods and apparatus are described. One example method includes that a terminal device receives downlink control information sent by a network device, where the downlink control information includes a resource allocation field, the resource allocation field includes formula (I)+5 bits. The terminal device determines the first resource indication value, and determines, based on the first resource indication value, a starting resource block allocated in the uplink bandwidth and a length LCRBs of consecutive resource blocks allocated in the uplink bandwidth, where M≤LCRBs≤6, and M is a positive integer greater than 1. The terminal device sends data on resources corresponding to the starting resource block and the length of the consecutive resource blocks. The methods and the devices provided in the embodiments of this application may be used in a communications system, for example, V2X, LTE-V, V2V, the Internet of Vehicles, MTC, LTE-M, M2M, or the Internet of Things.

Abstract: A reference signal sending method, a reference signal receiving method, and an apparatus are provided. A first network device determines a first resource. The first network device generates a reference signal corresponding to the first resource. The reference signal includes M parts, and all of the M parts are the same. The first resource does not carry a cyclic postfix of the reference signal. Alternatively, the first resource carries a cyclic prefix of the reference signal and the cyclic prefix corresponding to the reference signal is located only at the start of the 1st part in the M parts. M is a positive integer. The first network device sends the reference signal to a second network device on the first resource.

Abstract: This application provides a reference signal sending method, a reference signal receiving method, an apparatus, and a device, to provide a reference signal sending or receiving mechanism. A first network device determines at least one frequency reference point. The first network device generates a reference signal based on the at least one frequency reference point, and sends the reference signal in the first frequency band. A frequency reference point is determined based on a frequency band. In this case, both the first network device that sends the reference signal and a second network device that receives the reference signal may determine the frequency reference point based on the frequency band, and the two network devices may determine a same reference signal at a same frequency domain location, so that the reference signal sent by the first network device can be correctly detected by the second network device.
