    Abstract: This application relates to transmission methods and apparatuses as well as related non-transitory computer-readable media. An example method includes receiving first indication information, where the first indication information indicates a first technology stack type corresponding to a first application. The method further includes establishing, based on the first indication information, a transmission channel that is based on the first technology stack type. The method further includes sending or receiving at least one of signaling or data of the first application through the transmission channel.

    Abstract: Embodiments provide a packet processing method. In accordance with this method, a first LSP packet can be received by a network device. The following determinations can be made: that the network device stores no LSP packet whose LSP ID and PDU type are the same as an LSP ID and PDU type of the first LSP packet; that the network device has stored a second LSP packet whose LSP ID is the same as an LSP ID of the first LSP packet and PDU type is the same as a PDU type of the first LSP packet, and that a sequence number of the second LSP packet is less than a sequence number of the first LSP packet. When one or more of these determination are made, a determination whether LSP packet digest information matching the first LSP packet exists can be made. When the LSP packet digest information matching the first LSP packet is determined to exist, the first LSP packet can be stored.

    Abstract: This application provides a method for updating a route in a network. The first network device sends a first LSA packet to a third network device, so that the third network device generates a first route whose destination address is a second IP address, where a next-hop IP address of the first route is the IP address of the first network device, and the second IP address belongs to the IP network segment corresponding to the first IP address which is an IP address of the first network device. The first network device sends a second LSA packet to the third network device when determining that switching needs to be performed on a next hop of a route in the third network device, whose destination address belongs to the IP network segment, and whose next-hop IP address is the first IP address.

    Abstract: A method includes: receiving an uplink data stream packet; determining a resource module used to process the uplink data stream packet and an identifier of the resource module; modifying the uplink data stream packet based on the identifier of the resource module; and forwarding a modified uplink data stream packet. After a downlink data stream packet is received, a resource module used to process the downlink data stream packet is determined based on an identifier of a resource module in the downlink data stream packet, where the identifier of the resource module in the downlink data stream packet is added after learning the identifier of the resource module in the uplink data stream packet. In this method, the uplink and downlink data stream packets are transmitted by using a same resource module, so that a success rate of communication transmission is effectively improved.
