    Abstract: This application provides a communication method and a related apparatus. First configuration information may be for determining N first parameter sets and one second parameter set, and the first parameter set includes one or more parameters for determining a periodicity and/or an offset. In other words, an access network device may deliver the first parameter set in advance during initial configuration.
