Abstract: A signal transmission device for reducing a turn-off time of an electromagnetic controlled source includes a first electronic switch, a twisted pair cable and a second electronic switch. The first electronic switch constitutes a bridge arm, and includes a first bridge arm switch, a second bridge arm switch, a third bridge arm switch and a fourth bridge arm switch. The second electronic switch is configured to control turn-on and turn-off of the twisted pair cable. The signal transmission device and ground constitute a signal transmission loop.

Abstract: An electrical prospecting signal transmission device capable of suppressing electromagnetic coupling interference, including a rectangular wave signal source, an output circuit for supplying power to the ground and a plurality of transmission channels. Each of the plurality of transmission channels includes an isolated driving circuit, a low-pass filter circuit and a power amplification circuit connected sequentially in series. The rectangular wave signal source is configured to generate a rectangular wave or a composite rectangular wave. A signal output terminal of the rectangular wave signal source is connected to an input terminal of the isolated driving circuit, and an output terminal of the power amplification circuit is connected to the output circuit to supply power to the ground.

Abstract: A high-density integrated magnetic receiving antenna for electromagnetic exploration, including a multi-layer PCB. Abstract: A device for reducing turn-off time of a transient electromagnetic transmitting signal includes a transmitting coil, a first electronic switch to control connection mode of the transmitting coil and a second electronic switch configured to form a bridge arm. The transmitting coil is a twisted pair including a first wire and a second wire. The first wire is connected to one end of the second electronic switch. The other end of the second electronic switch is connected to one end of the first electronic switch. The other end of the first electronic switch is connected to the second wire. The connection mode of the transmitting coil includes head-to-head connection, head-to-tail connection and tail-to-tail connection between the first wire and the second wire. The first wire and the second wire are connected to form a transmitting loop.

An input end of the sensor module is connected with the digital power amplifier circuit. An output end of the sensor module is connected with the single-chip microcontroller.

Abstract: A device and method for measuring spectrum parameters of a formation outcrop and a rock mass are provided. An excitation signal is generated by a direct digital synthesis (DDS) module of a signal transmission portion. A constant voltage mode or a constant current mode is adopted for observation. After the signal passes through a constant voltage/constant current module, a constant high-voltage signal source or a current source signal with constant current output is formed and output to ground through grounding electrodes A and B to establish a stable observation signal field source. Geoelectric response information under the excitation of each frequency signal is acquired by a signal receiving portion through grounding electrodes M and N, processed and send out to a microcontroller unit (MCU) for display and storage. The spectrum parameters at different depths are observed by adjusting geometric dimensions of AB and MN.
