Abstract: A filter device (10) includes a filter element (12) in a filter housing (14) with fluid connection points (16, 18) for the non-filtrate and filtrate. Fluid can be passed through the filter element in both directions for filtrating the non-filtrate or for backwashing for cleaning particle contaminations (72). A pressure control (36) generates a post-suctioning effect to improve the cleaning of the particle contaminations (72). The filter device (10) is designed as a one filter-element solution. In a predetermined exchange, the single filter element (12) for filtering can be used for backwashing or can be backwashed using the pressure control device (36). A hydraulic system (64) and a method for backwashing a filter element (12) of a filter device (10) is provided.

Abstract: A filter device for fluids includes a housing (1) accommodating a filter element (5). The housing has an inlet (47) for the supply of fluid to be purified to a non-filtrate chamber (49) of the housing (1) and has an outlet 42 for the filtrate. The non-filtrate chamber is separated from a filtrate chamber (46) of the housing (1) by the filter medium (33). A magnetic field-generator unit (57) is arranged inside the non-filtrate chamber (49). An adhering surface a sleeve or casing (51) attracts ferromagnetic particles by a magnetic force effect. In the non-filtrate chamber (49), the sleeve (51) extends outside of the respective filter element (5) parallel to the inlet (47) and transversely to the outlet (42). The non-filtrate chamber (49) at least partially encompasses the outlet (42) at the point of transition to the filtrate chamber (46).

Abstract: A device for treating fluid, in particular a filter device, has first and second tubular elements (12), (14) forming an element assembly (10). One element (14) is accommodated in the other element (12) forming a flow chamber (33) between the two elements (12, 14), with a first element (12) arranged in the direction of the inflow side (29) of a fluid to be treated and a second element (14) arranged in the direction of the outflow side (31) of the treated fluid in the element assembly (10). During the fluid treatment, the flow is routed through both elements (12, 14) in succession from the direction of the inflow side (29) towards the outflow side (31). In a joint viewing direction (P), the first element (12) facing the inflow side (29) at least partially has a uniform or non-uniform contour and the second element (14) facing the outflow side (31) at least partially has a non-uniform or uniform contour.

Abstract: A filter apparatus has a plurality of filter elements (21) accommodated in a filter housing (1) with a filter inlet (11) and a filter outlet (13). During the operation one of the filter elements (21) can be backflushed by a backflushing device. The backflushing device includes a pressure control (7) to support the backflushing. Each filter elements (21) is accommodated in an element housing (30). The element housings (30) with the filter elements (21) performing the filtration process are connected to the fluid outlet (13) by their one open ends (33) in a fluid conducting manner. The element housing (30) of the filter element (21) being backflushed is exclusively connected with its open end (33) to the pressure control device (7).
