摘要: A filtering device for a plastic material in the molten state includes a hollow body having a mouth and a cover; an inlet way and an outlet way for the filtered plastic material; two filters arranged side by side; a rotary cleaning device arranged between the two filters and provided with scraping elements cooperating with the filtering surfaces; and an evacuation device configured to discharge the impurities toward an evacuation outlet, the evacuation device being arranged centrally in such a way that the impurities travel along equal paths with the same flow rate and discharge the impurities in a balanced manner on the evacuation device.

摘要: A microplastic filter (also referred herein as fluid filter) for a washing machine has a filter housing, a first filter screen, a second filter screen, an inlet opening 16, and an outlet opening. The inlet and outlet openings communicate with each other through the first filter screen to define a direction of fluid flow. The first filter chamber has a retentate outlet, is particularly easy to handle if the second filter screen is arranged in a cavity of the filter housing, the inlet and outlet openings communicate with each other through the second filter screen, and the retentate outlet is arranged on a side of the second filter screen that faces the fluid flow.

The axial ends (12, 14) of one additional structural layer (17) is located at an axial distance from the axial ends (16, 18) of the other additional structural layer (19) on the filter mat (3).

摘要: A filter device for transmission oil has a filter element (24) insertable into a transmission oil pan (70) with a filter medium (32) separating an unfiltered side from a filtrate chamber connected to an outlet (38, 50, 72), to which a suction oil pump can be connected. The filter medium (32) has a first structural layer (46) having a predetermined surface area and predeterminable filter properties and has a second structural layer (44, 60) having predeterminable filter properties. The surface area of the second structural layer (44; 60) is different from the surface area of the first structural layer (46). The structural layers (44, 46, 60) encompass an inner filter cavity (30) and are pleated having the same type of pleats. The pleated structural layers (44, 46, 60) extend in axial alignment between two end caps (22, 34) of the filter element (24). Viewed in the flow direction of the fluid flow to be cleaned, the structural layers (44, 60) having the higher filtration grade are downstream of an upstream structural layer (46) having a lower filtration grade.

摘要: An oil filter assembly is disclosed for a machine, such as an internal combustion engine, that has an oil output port and an oil input port. A mounting plate is fixed with an outer enclosure. The mounting plate is further adapted to conduct oil from the machine into a peripheral portion of the outer enclosure, and then returning oil from a central portion of the outer enclosure back to the machine. Oil may pass from the peripheral portion to the central portion through a primary filter having a first porosity. A pressure-actuated valve is fixed fluidly between the portions of the outer enclosure.
