    摘要: A heavy load bearing includes a casing and assembly having at least two units and an axial hole run-through by a shaft. Each unit has a mounting portion on the circumferential outer surface, two connection portions at two ends, an axle hole, and at least one groove indented axially from the connection portion and formed between an outer wall near the mounting portion and an inner wall near the axle hole. At least one set of multiple notches is formed annularly on a free end of the inner wall and communicating with the groove and axle hole. The casing has an axial cavity to hold the assembly. Two abutting units are coupled to form at least one storage chamber to store lubricating media. The notches of the two abutting units form at least one set of multiple fine flow passages communicating with the axial hole and storage chamber.

The bearing has at least one storage chamber to store lubricating media. The notches on at least one set of adjacent elements form at least one set of multiple passages communicating with the storage chamber and the axial hole.

    摘要: A self-lubrication bearing structure includes a bearing, which is made from a porous material capable of absorbing and transferring a lubricating oil and which has a center axle hole for the passing of the shaft of a motor and multiple oil retaining grooves that retain a lubricating oil, and a casing surrounds the bearing around the shaft of the motor. During rotation of the shaft, the lubricating oil is caused to move out of the porous structure of the bearing to lubricate the shaft. When the rotation of the shaft is stopped, the lubricating oil flows back to the oil retaining grooves.

    摘要: A particle (10) of ferromagnetic powder for use in preparation of soft magnetic core components has a core-shell structure. The particle includes a central core (12) and a shell (14) coated on the central core. The central core is made of magnetic material and is used for providing the necessary magnetic property for the magnetic core components made from the ferromagnetic powder. The shell has a higher electrical resistance than the central core so as to reduce an eddy current loss of the magnetic core component. The shell also functions to provide an excellent bonding strength between particles of the powder.

    摘要: A motor stator includes a stator core (500) and a stator coil. The stator core includes a central cylinder (501) and a plurality of posts (503) extending from the central cylinder. Each post is connected with a magnetic pole (505). The post has a smaller height than the central cylinder and the magnetic pole whereby a recess (507) is formed above the post between the central cylinder and the magnetic pole. The stator coil is received in the recess and wound around the post. The stator core is integrally made from ferromagnetic powder by powder metallurgy technique. Each particle of the powder includes an inner core (12) made of magnetic material and an outer shell (14) surrounding the inner core. The shell has a higher electrical resistance than the inner core.

The upper and lower magnetic pole plates are made from ferromagnetic powder having a plurality of particles each having a core-shell structure with a central core (52) and an outer shell (54) coated on the central core. The central core is made of a magnetic material. The outer shell has a higher electrical resistance than the central core.
