The second bottom surface has a second depth from the upper surface. The first light source is disposed on the first bottom surface. The first light source generates first color light. The second light source is disposed on the second bottom surface. The second light source generates second color light. The first resin is formed on the first light source. The first resin includes a phosphor emitting third color light. The second resin is formed on the first resin and the second light source.
