Abstract:
A device for automatic removal of milking equipment from an animal's udder, comprising a motor (1) and a removal member (3) rotatable by the motor. According to the invention, a coupling device (K) is adapted to keep the removal member (3) operably connected to the motor and to keep the removal means disconnected from the motor, respectively.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a machine of the rotary screw type for a gaseous medium having a compression section and an expansion section driving the compression section. According to the invention both the compression section and the expansion section are located in one single working space in which two rotors (14, 16) operate. The machine has a low pressure port (32), a high pressure port (30) and intermediate pressure port means (34).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of arrangements at cable branchings and methods for manufacturing cable branches. One or more main conductors in the main cable are cut and released from the main cable. The cut and released main conductors are spliced with branch conductors extending from and end of a branch cable. A section of the main cable is arranged at a rail. A section of the branch cable, including the end, is also arranged at the rail. The tension reliever of the branch cable is fixed to the rail using a fixing device. A protective casing encloses the rail, the main cable section, the branch cable section, the spliced conductors and the fixing device.

Abstract:
A device for automatic removal of a milking apparatus (6) comprises an operating unit (2) having a cord drum with a cord (13), and a driving motor for turning the cord drum for winding the cord on the latter. The free end of the cord is connected to the milking apparatus, whereby the cord pulls the milking apparatus off the teats of the animal as the cord drum is turned by the driving motor. According to the invention, the driving motor comprises a pneumatically operated motor. The advantage is that the operating unit can be made compact and with a low weight, and that the milker can unwind the cord without any substantial resistance from the motor when the motor is inactivated.
Abstract:
A milking apparatus includes a vacuum pump (1), a milking device (6) having at least one milking claw and teatcups (7, 12, 13) provided to be attached to an animal to be milked, and a conduit (5) connecting the milking claw and teatcups (7, 12, 13) to a suction side (2) of the vacuum pump and being adapted to transport a flow from the milking device (6). The vacuum pump (1) is of a dynamic type. Furthermore, a regulating device (22, 23, 24, 25) is adapted to maintain the vacuum level of the milking apparatus at a desired, constant value. Furthermore, the regulating device comprises a sensor (23) for sensing the actual vacuum level of the conduit (5) and a regulator adapted to control the vacuum level to the desired value by regulating the size of the flow through the conduit (5) and the vacuum pump (1) in response to the vacuum level sensed.
Abstract:
A valve device comprises a valve having an outlet passage (6, 7), a stationary surface, and a rotatable support member (15, 16) at a distance from the stationary surface, and a membrane (19) provided between the stationary surface and the support member. The membrane (19) is attached to the stationary surface and the support member in such a manner that when the rotatable support member is in a first rotating position in relation to the stationary surface the membrane covers an orifice (6, 7) associated with the outlet passage and located at the stationary surface and when the support member is in a second rotating position said opening is uncovered. The support member (15, 16) is provided rotatably about an axis (12) which in a plane, in which the axis (12) extend, forms an angle together with the generatrix of the stationary surface (10, 11).
Abstract:
A device for automatic removal of milking equipment from an animal's udder comprises a motor, a rotatable removal member, an elongated pulling member connected to the removal member at its one end and adapted to be connected to the milking equipment at its other end, and a gear change device positioned between and connected to the motor and the removal device. According to the invention the gear change device has a first gear change member connected to the motor, a second gear change member connected to the removal member, and a third gear change member moveable between a first and a second position, in order to achieve engagement and disengagement, respectively, of the removal member relative to the motor.
Abstract:
Rotary positive displacement machine for a compressible working fluid comprising two tapered, internally intermeshing members (26, 28) with eccentric axes (48, 50). The members (26, 28) have spiral grooves (34, 38) and intervening lands (36, 40) which cooperate to form closed chambers (66) varying in volume while moving axially from one end to the other. The inner member (28) has a hypocyclic movement in relation to the outer member (26). The radial depth of the grooves (34, 38) varies axially along the members (26, 28) and in each transverse plane is equal to twice the eccentricity of the axes (48, 50) of the members (26, 28) and the pitch angle of the spiral at the pitch cone varies continuously in the axial direction.
