摘要： An access fitting has a housing with a base and a cap located respectively on interior and exterior sides of the wall of a gas sampling bag. The base and cap are provided respectively with inner and outer ports aligned with an opening in the bag wall to provide a through passageway communicating with the interior of the bag. A septum is interposed between the cap and the exterior side of the bag wall. The septum has a hole therein and is slidably adjustable between an open position at which its hole is aligned with the through passageway, and a closed position at which its hole is removed from the through passageway and the through passageway is blocked by an imperforate segment of the septum. A tubular connector is received in the outer port, and is axially adjustable between an advanced position frictionally resisting sliding adjustment of the septum, and a retracted position accommodating such adjustment.

摘要： An air passage in an air-conditioner such as an automotive air-conditioner is selectively opened or closed by moving a position of an opening formed on a film screen relative to the air passage. The film screen is coupled to a pair of rollers, forming a curved path between the pair of rollers guided by a guiding surface. The film screen is formed by laminating a first film made of resin and a second film made of woven fabric having a higher elongation rate for a temperature rise than the first film. The second film is positioned inside of the curved path to prevent a shape of the roller or the guiding surface from being easily transferred to the film screen.

The sliding door has a film member, a door plate supporting the film member, and elastic pressing means for pressing the film member against edge seal faces of the air passage. A grill spacing between the door plate and the end face of the grid member, is larger than an edge seal face spacing between the door plate and the edge seal faces.

摘要： An air passage opening/closing device includes a film member for opening and closing an opening of an air passage of a case. One end of the film member is fixed to a fixing portion on an outer periphery of the opening of the air passage, and the other end thereof is connected to a film winding shaft. A moving member movable by rotation of a drive shaft is provided on the opening, and the film winding shaft is moved while being rotated by the movement of the moving member, so that the film member at the other end side is wound around and unwound from the film winding shaft. Accordingly, when the air passage is opened and closed by the film member, sliding friction can be prevented from being generated between the film member and the case.

The interior region is partitioned to define an intake chamber communicating with the inlet port, a discharge chamber communicating with the outlet port, and a float chamber containing a vent port valve and receiving liquid fuel and fuel vapor from the intake chamber. An interior wall defines a boundary between the float chamber and the discharge chamber and includes a valve seat formed to include a vent port therein. The vent port valve is buoyant and moves up and down along the interior wall as liquid fuel rises and falls in the float chamber to close and open the vent port.

摘要： A roller drive mechanism for an automotive HVAC film valve belt includes a single motor type drive that automatically compensates for continually differing belt wind up and wind off rates, while maintaining at least a minimal belt tension, and without the necessity for precise adjustment. A central motor drive shaft is split between a fixed end and a yieldable, slidable end. The two ends can turn at the same rate from the single motor, but the ability of the second end to slide back and forth allows one roller to match its belt handling rate to the other roller automatically, while the always stretched spring maintains a certain minimum belt tension, while also accommodating adjustment tolerances.
