    摘要: A filter housing may include a filter insert configured to be inserted into the filter housing. The filter insert may have two spaced and opposite base discs and a filter wall configured to connect edge zones of the base discs. The filter insert may be penetrated by an opening connected to at least one of an untreated space inlet and clean space outlet of the housing. The opening is arranged in a flange plate connected in a leakproof manner to the base discs and the flange plate may be connected in a leakproof manner to the filter wall.

    摘要: The invention relates to a gas intake zone of a separable gas filter housing which removably accommodates a filter element. The gas intake zone is used as a prefilter and comprises a plurality of axially adjacent, axially impinged cyclone collectors that are provided with respective spin generators in the inlet zones thereof and gas-discharging immersion tubes at the discharge end within annular ducts which are located between the immersion tubes and the respectively associated outer cyclone walls while being used for pre-separating dirt particles separated in an outer radial direction in the individual cyclones by means of centrifugal forces, the immersion tubes being axially dipped into the interior of the cyclone collectors. The aim of the invention is to be able to efficiently produce the gas intake zone while especially making the same easy to clean. The aim is achieved by a prefilter which is characterized in that all cyclones are composed of a unit encompassing three areas, i.e. a first area that is monolithically molded into the filter housing and is fitted with first partial spin-generating elements, a second area that is embodied as an inserted part and is provided with second partial spin-generating elements which adjoin the first partial spin-generating elements in the direction of flow and form the spin generators along with the first partial spin-generating elements, and hollow cylindrical ducts located downstream from the spin generators, as well as a third area that is also embodied as an insertable part, contains the immersion tubes, and is equipped with a bottom which encloses the immersion tubes so as to form a dirt particle collection chamber within the filter housing, the dirt particle collection chamber bordering the annular ducts of the cyclones.

The housing may include an untreated space inlet and a clean space outlet. A filter insert may be arranged between the inlet and the outlet and include two bottom discs that are adjacent to the side walls in the assembled state of the filter insert. The filter insert may include a filter wall extending between and connecting the bottom discs. The filter wall may extend substantially orthogonal to the housing center plane. A lateral disc may define an opening configured to be tightly connected to at least one of the inlet and the outlet. The front walls may be coupled to the bottom discs in the assembled state of the filter insert through interacting profile parts arranged on at least one of the front walls and the bottom discs into a double wall.
