The pressure sleeve is clamped with an abutment surface on a component which causes vibrations. A threaded ring with a spring or a welded spring provided on the pressure sleeve holds a seismic mass under the pressure of the spring, and a detection element formed for example as a piezo-ceramic disk is arranged. The pressure sleeve has extensions with depressions which, in combination with a flanged insertion disk, form a seal labyrinth.

    摘要: A vibration sensor for direct or indirect mounting on a vibrating component such as an engine block. The vibration sensor has a housing and a pressure sleeve, which includes a central bore, a cylindrical area and a flange-like edge. A piezoelectric disk is situated between two contact disks. A seismic mass acts on piezoelectric disk by way of a spring element and a threaded ring. Insulating disks are situated on the sides of the contact disks facing away from the piezoelectric disk. The insulating disks have an inside diameter that is less than an outside diameter of the cylindrical area of the pressure sleeve.

Liquid particles contained in the line act upon a measuring element and influence a characteristic curve of the measuring element which is used to determine parameters of the flowing medium. The characteristic curve of the measuring element can be changed disadvantageously by solid-matter particles. In order to reduce the action of solid-matter particles on the measuring element, a protective grating is proposed in which side walls of channels of the protective grating form various angles of intersection with the flow direction. Solid-matter particles are thereby diverted into a path of motion around the measuring element.

    摘要: A fuel injector-pressure sensor combination for fuel injection systems for direct injection of fuel into the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine and for measurement of the pressure in the combustion chamber includes a piezoelectric or magnetostrictive element. The piezoelectric or magnetostrictive element is positively connected with a valve closer which interacts with a valve seat face to form a sealing seat. In addition, an electronic control and analysis circuit is provided which activates the piezoelectric or magnetostrictive element during a fuel injection phase in such a way that the valve closer activated by the piezoelectric or magnetostrictive element lifts off from the valve seat face and opens the seat. During a pressure measurement phase, the control and analysis circuit detects a pressure in the combustion chamber transmitted from the valve closer to the piezoelectric or magnetostrictive element and converted by the latter into an electric signal.
