    摘要: The present invention aims to prevent the occurrence of liquid compression at the second rotary compression element before it happens while improving the compression efficiency with an intermediate cooling circuit in a refrigerant cycle apparatus which comprises an internal high-pressure type multi-stage compression compressor, and the invention is summarized in that the apparatus comprises an intermediate cooling circuit which allows refrigerant discharged from the first rotary compression element of a compressor to dissipate heat, where a microcomputer performs control on the number of revolutions of the compressor to maintain the temperature/pressure of refrigerant so that the refrigerant does not condense at the output of the intermediate cooling circuit, where such a control is done in response to outputs from an outside-air temperature sensor, a refrigerant temperature sensor, and a signal from a controlling apparatus of a refrigerating apparatus body.

    摘要: A refrigerant system 1D comprises a heat insulating housing 3 provided with an accommodating space inside and a refrigeration unit 9 attached to a lower portion of the heat insulating housing 3, in which a compressor 5, a gas cooler 6, an internal heat exchanger 10, a restriction means 16 and an evaporator 8 accommodated in a heat insulating case 7A are disposed on a unit base 4. The gas cooler 6 and the heat insulating case 7A are disposed so that air heat-exchanged by the gas cooler 6 moves toward the heat insulating case 7A, an air passage T is provided between the unit base 4 and the heat insulating case 7A, the air heat-exchanged by the gas cooler 6 is passed through the air passage T to be discharged outside, and the internal heat exchanger 10 is disposed in such a manner that it is embedded in a heat insulating material layer 7C provided around the heat insulating case 7A to be provided with a heat insulation property. Accordingly, exhaust heat-exchanged by the gas cooler is discharged outside without stagnation, and increases in an overload and operation power of the compressor are suppressed and the durability of the compressor can be improved. Further, the heat-exchanging efficiency of the internal heat exchanger can be improved and the generation of condensation on a surface of an outer side tube of the internal heat exchanger can be prevented.

    摘要: An object is to improve cooling efficiency while preventing an abnormal increase in pressure of a high side in a cooling apparatus which uses so-called carbon dioxide as a refrigerant. The cooling apparatus comprises a refrigerant circuit in which a compressor, a gas cooler, pressure reducing means, an evaporator and the like are connected in an annular shape, and carbon dioxide is sealed as a refrigerant. In a stable running state in which a temperature of a space to be cooled by the evaporator is cool, time after a start of the compressor until a difference between outlet and inlet temperatures of the evaporator becomes within 1 degree is 5 minutes or more to less than 20 minutes.

    摘要: There is provided a cooling apparatus which can prevent an abnormal increase in pressure of a high side at the time of starting. The cooling apparatus comprises: a refrigerant circuit which uses carbon dioxide as a refrigerant; and a control device which controls a speed of rotation for the compressor between predetermined lowest and highest speeds. The control device runs the compressor by holding a predetermined start-time holding speed of rotation lower than the lowest rotational speed for a predetermined time before the lowest rotational speed is reached after the compressor is started.
