The polarizer includes an antireflection layer, a first support layer and a grating layer stacked in sequence along a light incidence direction. The first support layer includes a plurality of first support strips spaced apart and a plurality of second support strips disposed between any two adjacent first support strips, and the first support strips are disposed corresponding to the first grating strips. The antireflection layer includes a plurality of second grating strips spaced apart, and the second grating strips are disposed corresponding to the first grating strips. The antireflection layer, the first support layer and the grating layer form an optical resonant cavity structure, or, the antireflection layer is configured to absorb light reflected by the grating layer. A display panel includes the polarizer. A display apparatus includes the display panel.
