    摘要: Disclosed are methods of preparing lens arrays, display apparatuses, and methods of preparing display apparatuses. A method of preparing a lens array includes: forming a hybrid film on a base substrate, the hybrid film including first hybrid sub-films arranged in an array and a second hybrid sub-film, and a contact angle of a liquid on a surface of the first hybrid sub-film being less than a contact angle of the liquid on a surface of the second hybrid sub-film; coating the hybrid film with a photo-curable resin to form liquid droplets arranged in an array, the liquid droplets being lens-shaped and located on the first hybrid sub-films, respectively; and photo-curing the photo-curable resin to obtain lenses arranged in an array, the lenses being located on the first hybrid sub-films, respectively.

    摘要: A sound generating panel, a display device with a screen generating sound and a method for manufacturing a sound generating panel are provided. The sound generating panel includes sound generating unit groups, each of which includes sound generating units. Each sound generating unit includes a support layer with openings and two piezoelectric structures resonating through a cavity, improving a sound pressure generated by the sound generating panel. Each sound generating unit group includes sound generating units with different radii, thereby realizing sound generating at different frequencies, and improving a sound effect of the sound generating panel. Each of some sound generating unit groups includes ultrasonic detection units for detecting a distance between a listener and the sound generating panel, so that an effect of automatically regulating and controlling a volume of sound is realized. In the display device, the sound generating panel is on a display side of a display panel, so that sound waves can directly enter human ears. The sound generating panel provided by the present disclosure is capable of automatically regulating and controlling the volume of sound and having a vivid sound effect, and the sound generating panel is integrated to the display panel, improving a level of integration of a screen.

The micro total analysis system includes at least one micro total analysis unit each including: microfluidic device including first electrode and dielectric layer connected to each other, where the dielectric layer drives to-be-measured droplet to move based on voltage of the first electrode; and acoustic wave detection device including second electrode connected to the dielectric layer, where the dielectric layer is also used as transducer of the acoustic wave detection device, and configured to generate acoustic wave toward the droplet based on voltage of the second electrode, and generate a detection result corresponding to the droplet based on received acoustic wave. The micro total analysis system, the operating method and the manufacturing method thereof enables the microfluidic device and the acoustic wave detection device to be integrated in the same chip.
