摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for fabricating a touch substrate, a touch substrate and a touch device. The method includes: forming, through a splicing exposure process, a first electrode layer including a metal strip in an edge region thereof and a first metal mesh pattern connected with the metal strip; forming, on one side of the first electrode layer and through a splicing exposure process, a second electrode layer including a metal strip in an edge region thereof and a second metal mesh pattern connected with the metal strip and insulated from the first metal mesh pattern, the metal strip of the first electrode layer directly contacting the metal strip of the second electrode layer to form a metal stack; and forming a wire electrically connected with one of the first and metal mesh patterns of the first and second electrode layers by using the metal stack.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a touch substrate having a touch electrode area and a peripheral area surrounding the touch electrode area. The touch substrate includes: a touch electrode layer in the touch electrode area and an electrostatic release structure in the peripheral area. The touch electrode layer includes touch electrodes and dummy electrodes alternately arranged along a first direction and separated from each other, the touch electrodes and the dummy electrodes extend along a second direction intersecting the first direction, the touch electrodes and the dummy electrodes both are conductive mesh structures, and the dummy electrode has a first end and a second end along the second direction and includes at least one conductive path that is continuous between the first end and the second end. The at least one conductive path is electrically connected to the electrostatic release structure.

摘要: This disclosure relates to a light-emitting substrate, a preparation method thereof, and an array substrate, and relates to the technical field of display. The array substrate is polygonal and has at least one set of first and second lateral sides oppositely arranged, and has a first binding area arranged near the first lateral side and a second binding area arranged near the second lateral side. The array substrate includes a base substrate and a pad layer arranged on a main surface of the base substrate. The pad layer includes first binding pads in the first binding area, and second binding pads in the second binding area. Any one of the first binding area and the second binding area is configured to connect with a driving circuit board to drive the array substrate. The array substrate can avoid the binding pad from being damaged and thus discarding the array substrate.
