摘要: An illumination arrangement includes with a control unit, an illumination module connected to the control unit via a bidirectional first channel that features an LED matrix for generating light, and a peripheral module connected to the illumination module via a second channel. The control unit can be used to generate data for controlling the illumination module and for controlling the peripheral module. The data for controlling the illumination module and data for controlling the peripheral module can be transferred to the illumination module via the first channel. The data for controlling the peripheral module can be transferred from the illumination module to the peripheral module via the second channel. The second channel is a bidirectional channel via which data can be transferred from the peripheral module to the illumination module that, after being received by the illumination module, can be transferred to the control unit via the first channel.

摘要: A method is provided for operating an illuminating device for a vehicle that features means of influencing light or a plurality of light sources for the targeted generation of pixels of a light distribution. In the event of failure of at least one pixel of the light distribution caused by a defect in one section of the means of influencing light or by malfunction of one of the light sources, at least one non-defective section of the means of influencing light or or at least one non-malfunctioning light source is actuated in order to correct the light distribution. The at least one non-defective section of the means of influencing light or at least one of the non-malfunctioning light sources is actuated in such a way that at least one pixel of the light distribution adjacent to the at least one malfunctioning pixel is reduced in its brightness.

摘要: An illumination device for vehicles is provided, and includes a headlamp with an imaging unit for generating a multitude of light pixels that can be actuated individually. The headlamp also includes a lens unit containing a lens arrangement with a number of lenses arranged in a fixed manner to each other. The light pixels of the imaging unit can be mapped to focused light spots at a specified distance. The headlamp also includes an actuator unit for actuating the imaging unit. A first lens unit of a first headlamp is different from a second lens unit of a second headlamp such that the light pixels of the imaging unit of the first headlamp and the second headlamp are mapped to be focused at different distances.

摘要: A headlamp for vehicles is provided that has an LED light source containing numerous light pixels. The headlamp also includes an optics unit in front of the light source in the main beam direction (H) with which the light pixels are mapped onto a predefined light distribution (LV1, LV2, LV2′, LV2″). The headlamp also includes a sensor unit for determining at least one vehicle state variable, an adjustment unit for adjusting a part of the headlamp, and a control unit for controlling the light pixels and the adjustment unit. The LED adjustment unit moves the light source in a linear direction transverse to an optical axis (A) of the optics unit, and/or pivoted about the optical axis (A) of the optics unit, from a starting position to an intermediate position and back, on the basis of a change in the vehicle state variable.

An RGB signal is generated by the control unit for generating a light pattern by the illumination module, and is transferred to the illumination module. The image data of the RGB signal is the data for controlling the illumination module or at least forms a part of the data for controlling the illumination module, and the RGB signal has a range not used for image data.
