摘要: A headlamp system is provided for vehicles with an imaging unit and with an optical unit. The optical unit generates a light distribution that features a plurality of light patches. The light patches are each generated by mapping of at least one light pixel of the imaging unit. An actuator unit includes a corrective mechanism, by which, in event of presence of a defective light pixel that cannot be mapped by the optical unit on a light patch, at least one corrective light pixel is actuated, by means of which a light patch adjacent to the defective light patch not illuminated by the defective light pixel features a changed intensity progression in comparison to non-defective state. At least one flight patch adjacent to the defective light patch features an increased corrective intensity progression in comparison to the non-defective state.

The control unit can be used to generate data for controlling the illumination module and for controlling the peripheral module. The data for controlling the illumination module and data for controlling the peripheral module can be transferred to the illumination module via the first channel. The data for controlling the peripheral module can be transferred from the illumination module to the peripheral module via the second channel. The second channel is a bidirectional channel via which data can be transferred from the peripheral module to the illumination module that, after being received by the illumination module, can be transferred to the control unit via the first channel.

The light source modules each feature several light sources that emit light. The first light distribution and the second light distribution partially overlap. The first light distribution and the second light distribution together form an overall light distribution. A subarea of the overall light distribution is formed only by the first light distribution, and the subarea is a vertical edge area of the overall light distribution.

The headlamp also includes a lens unit containing a lens arrangement with a number of lenses arranged in a fixed manner to each other. The light pixels of the imaging unit can be mapped to focused light spots at a specified distance. The headlamp also includes an actuator unit for actuating the imaging unit. A first lens unit of a first headlamp is different from a second lens unit of a second headlamp such that the light pixels of the imaging unit of the first headlamp and the second headlamp are mapped to be focused at different distances.

An optics unit is positioned in front of the light source unit in the main beam direction which focuses the light sources into light spots in a predefined light distribution. The light source unit is positioned at a predefined distance to the light entry surface on the optics unit along an optical axis. An optics element that moves transverse to the optical axis of the light source unit and/or optics unit is placed between the light source unit and a light emission surface of the optics unit. The light spots are in a first position when the adjustable optics element is in a first setting, and the same light spots are offset from the first position along a displacement path when the adjustable optics element is in a second setting.
