摘要： In this coordinate inputting sheet, there are provided an X coordinate inputting sheet for detecting an X coordinate and a Y coordinate inputting sheet for detecting a Y coordinate. These X coordinate and Y coordinate inputting sheets are laid together with their conducting surfaces mutually confronting one another. An insulating projection is provided between the X coordinate inputting sheet and the Y coordinate inputting sheet in order to space apart their opposing conducting surfaces. Auxiliary electrodes extend substantially along equipotential directions of at least one of the X and Y coordinate inputting sheets adjacent to the insulating projection. These auxiliary electrodes may optionally pass on either side of the insulating projection, and in such a case they may be substantially straight or may be curved away from the insulating projection; or, alternatively, the insulating projection may be located on one of the auxiliary electrodes, which may be enlarged to form a disk shaped portion around the insulating projection. In this case, a one of the auxiliary electrodes lying next to the one of the auxiliary electrodes on which the insulating projection is located may be shaped as straight, or alternatively it may be shaped as bowed away from the insulating projection.

摘要： In this coordinate inputting system, a coordinate inputting sheet is provided for detecting an axial coordinate, and this includes a sheet body with a resistive surface laid over one of its sides, a pair of mutually substantially parallel edge electrodes extending along opposite edges of this resistive surface which are for having voltage applied between them, and several intermediate electrodes, substantially mutually parallel and substantially parallel to the pair of edge electrodes, and extending along the resistive surface bewteen the pair of edge electrodes in a mutually spaced relationship. Also, there are provided a device for processing information by obtaining voltage divided at an input point selected by pen contact against the coordinate inputting sheet as axial coordinate information, a device for storing in advance reference information relating to the voltages on the electrodes when the voltage is applied between the edge electrodes, a device for detecting which of the electrodes straddle the input point by comparing the axial coordinate information obtained from the information processing device with the reference information, and a device for determining the validity of input operation according to the result of comparison between the voltages upon the electrodes which straddle the input point and the reference information. Optionally, the reference information may include the voltages on the electrodes when the voltage is applied between the edge electrodes, and the voltage differences between neighboring ones of the electrodes.

摘要： A coordinate input sheet for use in a coordinate digitizer apparatus has at least one auxiliary electrode disposed between and in parallel with main electrodes provided at opposite ends of a resistance surface. The auxiliary electrode is used to either measure a voltage at its respective position which can be used to correct point contact data generated by said sheet or to apply a voltage to said sheet so that point data generated by said sheet is correct.

摘要： This slide switch includes: a casing formed in a hollow box shape with an open top; several fixed contacts on the bottom surface of the casing and several terminals connected to them extending to the outside of the casing; a cover mounted to close the open top of the casing, formed with a hole opposed to the fixed contacts; a slide member disposed inside the casing, which has a control portion protruding out through the hole in the cover and a movable contact portion made of a resilient electrically conducting material which bears against the internal bottom surface of the casing and thereby produces a biasing force on the slide member to impel it in the direction towards the cover; and a seal member interposed between the inside of the cover and the side of the slide member facing it, the seal member being squeezed between the slide member and the cover, a seal between the inside of the casing and the outside thereby being produced. The movable contact portion of the slide member, according as the control portion of the slide member is moved from outside the casing, selectively connects together a combination of the fixed contacts. By this seal member being provided, a good sealing performance for the switch is available, and therefore, when the switch is soldered to a printed circuit board and a cleansing fluid is thereafter used for cleansing off solder residue, no contamination is introduced into the slide switch.

摘要： A slide switch has a switch operating member at its upper surface which is slid back and forth for operating the slide switch. An adapter is provided for operating this slide switch from the side, and has a main body which has a base and clamp members extending from opposite sides of the base to define a space between them, the clamp members being adapted to grip the slide switch between them so as to secure the adapter on the top of the slide switch with the slide switch being held at least partly in the space between the clamp members. The adapter has an actuator pivotally fixed to the main body, and this actuator has a lever portion which protrudes out from the main body to the side and an actuation portion which, with the slide switch held between the clamp members, engages with the switch operating member of the slide switch, so as to slide it as the actuator is pivoted with respect to the main body. As a result, the slide switch, which ordinarily is for operation from its top, can be converted to be operated from its side.
