摘要： An objective lens driver includes first and second permanent magnets disposed in opposed relationship with each other, first and second yokes for supporting the first and second permanent magnets, respectively, a movable member disposed in a first magnetic gap formed by the first and second permanent magnets, a coil for driving in the tracking direction provided on the movable member and wound on the first and second permanent magnets and the first and second yokes, an objective lens supporting member movably provided on the movable member, and a focusing coil provided on the supporting member and disposed in the first magnetic gap for moving the objective lens supporting member in the focusing direction.

摘要： A magnetooptical information recording/reproducing apparatus is provided with a floating slider for supporting a magnetic head for applying a magnetic field modulated according to information to a magnetooptical information recording medium. The floating slider is adapted to be retracted from the recording medium according to the kind of the medium by a retraction device, so that the floating slider is free from damages on the slider or in the medium loaded in the apparatus.

摘要： The present invention relates to a developing apparatus for developing an electrostatic image formed on an image carrier, comprising a developing container, a first developing member formed at the first chamber for conveying developer to a first developing portion, a second developing member provided with the second chamber for conveying the developer to a second developing portion and a magnetic field generating means for generating magnetic field for transferring the developer between the first developing member and the second developing member. The diaphragm is disposed in a non-contacting manner to the first developing member and the second developing member and has a restricting member for restricting entry of the developer out of an interior of the developing container to a space between the first developing member and the second developing member.
