    摘要: Such an image forming device is supplied as can prevent uneven density of images and enhance image quality, including an LED array control unit that controls driving of an LED print head and a selective-information-data feeding unit that feeds information data corresponding information selected from inherent selective information. The control unit is provided with a characteristic-data memory unit that memorizes a plurality of characteristic data concerning each of LED elements forming the LED array, a driving-current-correction-data calculation unit, an image-signals processing unit and an image-data correction calculation unit. The current-correction-data calculation unit reads out characteristic data from the characteristic-data memory unit, receives selected information data from the data feeding unit and calculates driving current correction data based on these data. The image-data correction calculation unit corrects image data fed from the signals processing unit by using current correction data and feeds the corrected image data to the print head.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus is provided that is capable of forming an image with excellent gradation quality without affected by variations in the sensitivity characteristic of the photoreceptor and the light quantity characteristic of the LED print head among individual products. A highest gradation appropriate exposure amount appropriate for the highest gradation is calculated from the sensitivity characteristic of the photoreceptor and the light quantity characteristic of the LED print head. Then, based on the highest gradation appropriate exposure amount, an appropriate lighting time of the LEDs that is appropriate for each gradation is calculated so that the increment of the exposure amount between the gradations including the first gradation, and the lighting times of the gradations are set based on the appropriate lighting times.     摘要: A thread chain sewing apparatus for use in overedge sewing machines has a thread chain catcher with a cutter for cutting a thread chain formed to extend from an end of a fabric and suctionally engaged against a suction opening. A presser foot having a guide groove for insertion of the thread chain is movable up and down, and a thread chain carrier is aligned with the thread chain catcher and has a suction nozzle for suctionally receiving the cut-off thread chain to carry it over the presser foot. An air blow tube running under the throat plate can be provided, an aperture thereof blowing the chain toward the suction opening. A thread chain presser mechanism has a holding plate movable up and down over the presser foot for pressing the thread chain into the guide groove of the presser foot. The apparatus operates such that the thread chain is sewn in while being positioned on the upper side of a next piece of fabric and without friction with the fabric, and is arranged such that an operator can watch as the thread chain is actually sewn in during the operation.

    摘要: A developing unit in an image forming device is disclosed in which developer peeled off from a developing roller can be reliably retrieved to an agitation transport member and avoid being directly drawn thereto. A developing unit has a drawing magnetic pole and a peel-off magnetic pole. A first agitation transport member is arranged below a developing roller and agitates and transports the developer in the axial direction simultaneously and supplies it to the developing roller. A guide member has a sloping surface guiding the developer torn off from the developing roller to the first agitation transport member. The magnetic pole is arranged between horizontal positions of the sloping surface, and the magnetic pole is arranged horizontally outward of the lower end of the sloping surface.
