    摘要: A fluid-filled type vibration damping device including a base component and a tubular mating component. The tubular mating component is externally fitted onto the base component by means of a diameter-constricting caulking with a sealing rubber clasped therebetween so as to constitute a mate-fastened portion. The tubular mating component extends axially outward beyond a sealed section of the mate-fastened portion so as to provide a caulking tube portion. A diametrical position of the tubular mating component at the sealed section is determined by contact of the caulking tube portion against an outside peripheral face of a positioning projection provided on the base component so as to define a diametrical positioning portion. The caulking tube portion is constricted in diameter and held in engagement with an axial edge portion of the positioning projection so as to form an axial positioning portion.

    摘要: A gasket-integrated case is obtained by punching out a circular piece from a metal sheet on which a gasket resin film having a round hole is integrally laminated with an adhesive, in such a way as to have a diameter concentric with, but larger than, the round hole, and by drawing the circular piece into a bottomed cylindrical shape. Elements for electromotive force and a sealing plate are then disposed on the case, and the periphery of the sealing plate is sandwiched and sealed by the periphery of the case by crimping, with a gasket including the resin film interposed therebetween, so that a coin-shaped battery is formed. The resin film has a thickness in the range of 20 &mgr;m to 150 &mgr;m and a modulus of elasticity equal to or greater than 35 kgf/mm2.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a divalent silver oxide for use in primary cells which is stable in an alkaline solution, slow in the speed of oxygen gas generation with favorable reproducibility and has X-ray diffraction peak values different from that of conventional divalent silver oxide and the method of manufacturing the divalent silver oxide of the above described type. By the employment of the divalent silver oxide according to the present invention, it is possible to produce, at low cost, batteries having high energy density per unit weight and volume, with small amount of gas generation to prevent swelling or expansion of the cells.
