    摘要: The present invention intends to provide a lithium primary battery excellent in large-current discharge characteristics in a low temperature environment without sacrificing the high-temperature storage characteristics. The present invention relates to a lithium primary battery including a positive electrode including a fluoride as a positive electrode active material, a negative electrode including metallic lithium or a lithium alloy as a negative electrode active material, a separator interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and an electrolyte. The positive electrode further includes a metal oxide being capable of absorbing and desorbing lithium ions, having a spinel structure, and having a discharge potential versus lithium lower than that of the fluoride.

    摘要: The instant specification discloses a flat battery constituted by sealing a power generation element with: a case that works as one electrode terminal; a sealing plate that works as the other electrode terminal and has a flat central section projected outward and a flat peripheral section extending substantially parallel to the flat central section; and a gasket that insulates the case from the sealing plate, characterized in that the peripheral section of the sealing plate has an outer circumferential part being bent, or the case has a turned edge provided to make the peripheral section of the sealing plate fitted therein via the gasket and to partly press the gasket. The flat battery of the present invention having improvement in shape of the sealing plate and/or the case is sufficiently thin and exerts the effects of high leakage resistance and excellent mass productivity.

    摘要: A high temperature combustion catalyst for use in a catalytic combustion type gas turbine combustor and the like, having a superior low temperature ignitionability and a superior thermal durability at a high temperature, which comprises a porous carrier layer, a catalyst component such as palladium and platinum, and first, second and third promoter components, the latter four components being carried on the porous carrier layer, in which the first promoter component includes one of rare earth elements such as lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium and neodymium, alkaline earth metals such as barium, strontium and calcium, and oxides thereof, in which the second promoter component includes magnesium, silicon and oxides thereof, and in which the third promotor component includes one of heavy metals such as nickel, zirconium, cobalt, iron and manganese, and oxides thereof. A method for producing this high temperature combustion catalyst is also disclosed.

    摘要: A coin-shaped battery includes a cathode case (1) having a crimp portion (14) in the periphery of a bottom face (1a), and an anode cap (2) having a flange (6) with an extended portion (7) and a turn-up portion (8). Openings of cathode case (1) and the anode cap (2) are sealed by crimping with a gasket (3) interposed therebetween, so that the gasket (3) is compressed between the crimp portion (14) having a U-shaped cross section, the flange (6), the extended portion (7) and the turn-up portion (8) to effect reliable sealing. Thus, it is possible to disperse a deformation pressure, which is generated by bulge of the cathode case (1) and the anode cap (2) caused with a rise in internal pressure of the battery under severe working conditions such as use under a high temperature. As a result, the coin-shaped battery having improved liquid leakage resistance in the crimped portion is provided.

A fuel control system including a diaphragm arranged between a recessed portion of the carburettor body and a cover covering for defining a regulator chamber at the side of the recessed portion and an atmospheric pressure chamber at the side of the cover, and a valve seat. The diaphragm is arranged at lower side of a longitudinal axis of the jet needle.

    摘要: A gasket-integrated case is obtained by punching out a circular piece from a metal sheet on which a gasket resin film having a round hole is integrally laminated with an adhesive, in such a way as to have a diameter concentric with, but larger than, the round hole, and by drawing the circular piece into a bottomed cylindrical shape. Elements for electromotive force and a sealing plate are then disposed on the case, and the periphery of the sealing plate is sandwiched and sealed by the periphery of the case by crimping, with a gasket including the resin film interposed therebetween, so that a coin-shaped battery is formed. The resin film has a thickness in the range of 20 &mgr;m to 150 &mgr;m and a modulus of elasticity equal to or greater than 35 kgf/mm2.

    摘要: In an embodiment, a CO2 recovery system has an absorber, a regenerator, and a circulation device. An absorption liquid has an aqueous solution of amine having an alcohol group, and dimethyl silicone oil in which a part of methyl groups is substituted by at least one type selected from an aminoalkyl group, a carboxyl group, and a hydroxyl-containing alkyl group. The absorber contacts a combustion exhaust gas of a fossil fuel and the absorption liquid to absorb CO2, which is contained in the combustion exhaust gas, into the absorption liquid. The regenerator releases CO2 by applying thermal energy to the CO2-absorbed absorption liquid. A circulation device circulates the absorption liquid between the absorber and the regenerator.
