摘要: A temporary fixing structure includes recesses formed with a mounting hole of a first tubular body to face each other wherein the diameter of the mounting hole extending along the recesses is smaller than that of a flange, and protrusions arranged at the head of an end portion of a second tubular body wherein a spacing between the protrusion and the flange is substantially equal to the thickness of a mounting surface of the first tubular body and wherein the protrusions are arranged inside the fist tubular body through the recesses. The second tubular body is turned with respect to the first tubular body to bring a flat portion of the flange into close contact with the mounting surface of the first tubular body.

摘要: A virtual quadrangle having vertexes respectively configured by: inner ends which are located respectively at a corner of inner cut end faces of the louvers formed in flat portions that are opposed to each other across the bent portion; and outer ends which are located respectively at a corner of outer cut end faces of the louvers, is assumed. A distortion adjusting portion is disposed in the bent portion of the louver fin. The distortion adjusting portion equalizes distortion generated in the direction of an inner diagonal line connecting the inner ends of the virtual quadrangle, with that generated in the direction of an outer diagonal line connecting the outer ends of the virtual quadrangle. Thereby, the louver fin can be prevented from being curved in the longitudinal direction.

摘要: The corrugated fin feeding apparatus has cutting devices (1) producing corrugated (C1, C2) fins with a predetermined length and a conveying device (2) determining positions of the corrugated fins and conveying them at predetermined intervals. Further, the feeding apparatus has a forcible conveying device (3) which adds a driving force to the corrugated fins being conveyed by the conveying device (4) to push out them toward the downstream side thereof and distributes them in predetermined directions, and an accumulating device which accommodates the corrugated fins into a plurality of accumulating rooms respectively. Furthermore, the feeding apparatus has an inserting device (5) which feeds a predetermined number of the corrugated fins simultaneously into a temporary assembling device (6) of a heat exchanger core when the predetermined number of them are accommodated into the accumulating rooms, and a control device (7) which synchronously controls the respective devices (8) based on the positions of the corrugated fins determined by the conveying device.

摘要: A feedback controlled tension applying system includes a corrugated fin processing device that processes a fin material in continuous sheet form while applying a tension to the fin material. A tension applying device applies the tension to the fin material. An encoder measures a moving amount of the fin material, and a control device that feedback-controls the tension applying device based on a measurement result of the encoder so that the moving length amount per predetermined time of the material becomes a set value that is set in advance.
