    摘要: An oil cooler includes a heat exchanger having a plurality of element units stacked in a state communicating with each other, pipe connectors coupled to the heat exchanger in a state communicating with spaces formed respectively at both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the heat exchanger, and a pair of connecting pipes communicating with the spaces from connecting pipe attaching holes formed on the tank via cylindrical portions of the pipe connectors. The cylindrical portions are fixed respectively to rings provided on the outside of the tank at the connecting pipe attaching holes, and joint portions thereof are formed to be exposed to the outside of the tank.

    摘要: An oil cooler is contained in a radiator tank. It includes a connecting pipe having an enlarged diameter portion, a heat exchange part including elements and a communicating passage fluidically communicating the elements, and a pipe connector. The pipe connector has a first retaining portion seated on one side of a wall portion of the radiator tank to contain and fix at least a part of the enlarged diameter portion of the connecting pipe by caulking, and a second retaining portion inserted through a through-hole of the wall portion and an one end portion of the communicating passage to fix the heat exchanger part and the wall portion at the other side of the wall portion by caulking.

    摘要: A virtual quadrangle having vertexes respectively configured by: inner ends which are located respectively at a corner of inner cut end faces of the louvers formed in flat portions that are opposed to each other across the bent portion; and outer ends which are located respectively at a corner of outer cut end faces of the louvers, is assumed. A distortion adjusting portion is disposed in the bent portion of the louver fin. The distortion adjusting portion equalizes distortion generated in the direction of an inner diagonal line connecting the inner ends of the virtual quadrangle, with that generated in the direction of an outer diagonal line connecting the outer ends of the virtual quadrangle. Thereby, the louver fin can be prevented from being curved in the longitudinal direction.

    摘要: A temporary fixing structure includes recesses formed with a mounting hole of a first tubular body to face each other wherein the diameter of the mounting hole extending along the recesses is smaller than that of a flange, and protrusions arranged at the head of an end portion of a second tubular body wherein a spacing between the protrusion and the flange is substantially equal to the thickness of a mounting surface of the first tubular body and wherein the protrusions are arranged inside the fist tubular body through the recesses. The second tubular body is turned with respect to the first tubular body to bring a flat portion of the flange into close contact with the mounting surface of the first tubular body.

    摘要: A tank of a condenser for an air conditioning system of an automotive vehicle. The tank comprises a cylindrical hollow tank main body which is formed with an arcuate cutout formed through a wall of the tank main body. A partition plate includes generally semicircular large and small diameter sections which are integral with each other to be formed into a generally disc-shape. Two projections are radially outwardly protrude respectively from opposite end portions of the generally semicircular large diameter section. During production of the tank, the partition plate is temporarily fixed to the tank main body by riveting the two projections in a state in which the partition plate has been inserted through the cutout of the tank main body, and the partition plate is brazed to the tank main body in a state in which the plate has been temporarily fixed.
