    摘要: Disclosed is a disk rotating mechanism equipped with an automatic aligning mechanism in which the number of parts is reduced and in which an improvement in assembly operability and a reduction in cost are achieved. The automatic aligning mechanism includes a case body made of a non-magnetic material and formed as a flat cylinder with one end surface closed, two or more balance members provided so as to be freely movable in the inner space (movement space) of the case body, and an attracting magnet adapted to attract the balance members when the rotating mechanism is at rest or rotating at low speed, wherein the case body is supported by the spindle shaft of a spindle motor and wherein the closed end surface (table portion) thereof serves as the table portion of a turntable.

Floating in the shaft direction of rotor is prevented with an attracting force generated by offsetting the center of magnetism of iron core of coil and the center of magnetism of rotor magnet and moreover the attracting force is set to 0.8 to 2.0 times the total weight of the rotating elements including rotor.     摘要: A magnet is provided which holds spherical balancers in the central portion of a rotor when the rotation of the rotor is stopped. When rotations of the rotor is started, a larger torque T.sub.0 is transmitted from the rotor to the balancers. Thus, the balancers quickly start rotating. When the rotor rotates at high speed, the centrifugal force separates the balancers from the magnet and moves the same to the outer wall portion of the rotor.     摘要: The present invention is directed to skin-integrated laminates and their use as vehicle interior articles, in which the laminates feel comfortable to the touch and have a high quality of external appearances. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing these non-foaming polyurethane resins for use as design skins in vehicle interior articles and to a method for manufacturing a skin-integrated laminate from these non-foaming polyurethane resins, with both methods having increased productivity and lower cost, and without any adverse influence on the work environment. The non-foaming polyurethane resin forms a design skin surface by a reaction injection molding process, in which (I) a polyol mixture of (1) a polyol, (2) a chain extender which is 1-methyl-3,5-diethyl-2,4-diaminobenzene and/or 1-methyl-3,5-diethyl-2,6-diaminobenzene, (3) a catalyst, and (4) optionally, an auxiliary agent, and (II) a polyisocyanate compound, are reacted. The surface hardness of the non-foaming polyurethane resin, as measured by an Asker A hardness meter, is from 30 to 70.

    摘要: The amount of aldehyde emitted from a polyurethane and molded articles made of a polyurethane is reduced. The reduction of aldehyde emissions from polyurethanes is achieved by including a hydrazine compound as an aldehyde-scavenger in the polyol component of the polyurethane-forming reaction mixture. The hydrazine compound is used in an amount of 0.05 to 3.0 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the polyol mixture. Aldehyde emissions from molded polyurethane articles are reduced by including a hydrazine compound in the mold coating material in an amount of from 0.1 g/m2 to 10 g/m2.
