    摘要: A flow control device is provided with a first body having a first port through which pressure fluid is supplied, and a second body which is installed on the first body. A valve mechanism which controls the circulation state of the pressure fluid that circulates from the first port to a second port is provided inside this first body. Furthermore, a first connecting section of the first body is inserted into and engaged with the inside of a second connecting section formed at the upper end of the second body, resulting in the first body and the second body being integrally connected together.

    摘要: A flow rate control valve, which is capable of controlling the flow rate of a fluid that flows between a pair of ports by displacing a rod, includes a valve mechanism in an axial direction. The valve mechanism includes a body having the ports and a pair of fluid passages through which fluid supplied from the ports flows. The valve mechanism includes a sub-body disposed in an interior of the body, and in which the rod is screw-engaged in an advancing and retracting manner. The valve mechanism also includes a tubular shaped seat connected to an end of the sub-body, including a seat structure to seat the rod thereon, and a hole that communicates between one of the fluid passages and another of the fluid passages.

A valve mechanism capable of controlling the flow rate of a pressure fluid is disposed in a central portion of the body. The valve mechanism includes a valve holder, which is press-fitted into a second cylindrical section of the body. A needle valve is screw-engaged for advancement and retraction in the interior of the valve holder, and a seat ring, which is formed by press molding, is press-fitted onto a lower portion of the valve holder and connected coaxially therewith.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a speed controller of a type wherein a check valve flexed depending on the flow direction of a pressurized fluid can be seated on a seat portion of a main body thereof and separated therefrom. The main body has first and second connecting portions capable of communicating with a pressurized-fluid flow channel defined in a pressurized fluid device. A needle valve mechanism is provided in continuation with a passage defined in the main body. When the pressurized fluid is introduced from the first connecting portion, the check valve is tightly fitted on a seat portion formed in the main body so as to close the passage and the second connecting portion. On the other hand, when the pressurized fluid is introduced from the second connecting portion, the check valve is separated from the seat portion so as to close the first and second connecting portions and discharge the pressurized fluid introduced from the second connecting portion into the needle valve mechanism via the passage. Therefore, water vapor can be prevented from adhering to the pressurized-fluid flow channel for allowing an electromagnetic valve to communicate with a cylinder. The response time of the cylinder can be shortened as a whole and the degree of freedom of arrangement of devices can be improved.

    摘要: Disclose herein is an exhaust valve capable of quickly discharging either a fluid in a cylinder or compressed air in a pneumatic tank therefrom. The exhaust valve is basically provided with a first port, a second port, a third port and a directional control valve. The first port is supplied with a fluid and the second port is used to supply the fluid to another device or receive it therefrom. The third port is used to discharge the fluid therefrom and comprises a rotatable L-shaped line or pipe. The directional control valve is switched to cause the first port to communicate with the second port or cause the second port to communicate with the third port in response to the pressure of the fluid supplied from each of the ports. The first and second ports have axial directions respectively which substantially coincide with each other or extend approximately in parallel. Therefore, the first and second ports can be incorporated in the course of a pipe without making a change in a piping direction. Since the third port comprises the rotatable L-shaped line, the axial direction of the third port can be suitably changed to a desired direction.
