    Abstract: The method of producing an R—Fe—B magnet of the present invention is characterized in that R—Fe—B alloy fine powder is molded in a magnetic field and sintered using a lubricant for molding magnets containing specific components, individually or as a mixture, of specific amounts of methyl caproate and/or methyl caprylate, which provide high crystal orientation, and lubricant comprising depolymerized polymer for improving molded article strength, or a lubricant for molding magnets wherein Ti coupling agent that improves crystal orientation is added to this lubricant for molding magnets. Each particle of the fine powder has a high degree of crystal orientation in the direction of the magnetic field, and molded article strength is markedly improved, leading to improved mass-productivity and yield. Moreover, the above-mentioned lubricants do not react with this magnet powder during sintering and are emitted as a gas. Therefore, binder removal performance is excellent and as a result, an increase in the amount of C remaining in the sintered compact is inhibited, to obtain an R—Fe—B permanent magnet with high Br and iHc properties.

    Abstract: A speed controller has a pilot check valve having a first body which has a first fluid inlet/outlet port defined in an end thereof and a pilot port defined in an opposite end thereof. A flow control valve has a second body integral with the first body. A pipe joint has a third body which has a second fluid inlet/outlet port defined in an end thereof and, the third body being integral with the second body. A flow adjustment screw is disposed in the flow control valve and extends into a fluid passage which interconnects the first fluid inlet/outlet port and the second fluid inlet/outlet port, for adjusting a rate of flow of a fluid under pressure in the fluid passage. A valve body is disposed in the pilot check valve for opening a fluid passage which interconnects the first fluid inlet/outlet port and the second fluid inlet/outlet port in response to a pilot fluid pressure supplied from the pilot port.

    Abstract: Disclose herein is an exhaust valve capable of quickly discharging either a fluid in a cylinder or compressed air in a pneumatic tank therefrom. The exhaust valve is basically provided with a first port, a second port, a third port and a directional control valve. The first port is supplied with a fluid and the second port is used to supply the fluid to another device or receive it therefrom. The third port is used to discharge the fluid therefrom and comprises a rotatable L-shaped line or pipe. The directional control valve is switched to cause the first port to communicate with the second port or cause the second port to communicate with the third port in response to the pressure of the fluid supplied from each of the ports. The first and second ports have axial directions respectively which substantially coincide with each other or extend approximately in parallel. Therefore, the first and second ports can be incorporated in the course of a pipe without making a change in a piping direction. Since the third port comprises the rotatable L-shaped line, the axial direction of the third port can be suitably changed to a desired direction.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a speed controller of a type wherein a check valve flexed depending on the flow direction of a pressurized fluid can be seated on a seat portion of a main body thereof and separated therefrom. The main body has first and second connecting portions capable of communicating with a pressurized-fluid flow channel defined in a pressurized fluid device. A needle valve mechanism is provided in continuation with a passage defined in the main body. When the pressurized fluid is introduced from the first connecting portion, the check valve is tightly fitted on a seat portion formed in the main body so as to close the passage and the second connecting portion. On the other hand, when the pressurized fluid is introduced from the second connecting portion, the check valve is separated from the seat portion so as to close the first and second connecting portions and discharge the pressurized fluid introduced from the second connecting portion into the needle valve mechanism via the passage. Therefore, water vapor can be prevented from adhering to the pressurized-fluid flow channel for allowing an electromagnetic valve to communicate with a cylinder. The response time of the cylinder can be shortened as a whole and the degree of freedom of arrangement of devices can be improved.

    Abstract: With a powdered lubricant composition by the invention, in addition to the blending of one of anhydrous, pentahydrate or decahydrate salt in sodium borate and one of sodium or calcium salt of fat acid, mixing calcium or lithium carbonate as an auxiliary lubricant can prevent sodium borate (Na2B4O7), solidified as amorphous after a tube-making process, from moisture absorbance, drying and crystallization to thereby suppress the formation of Na2B4O7.5H2O on inside surfaces of finished-product tubes, thus enabling to circumvent occurrence of the white scales. Concurrently, they provide good diffusivity toward the working surface of workpiece, thus enabling to prolong a life of the mandrel bar and to widely be adopted as the most suitable powdered lubricant for manufacturing seamless tubes by Mandrel Mill rolling.
