摘要： An image forming apparatus, comprising: a main body, at least one photosensitive drum, a transfer belt provided in the main body to form a conveying surface; a fixing unit; and an antistatic member configured to suppress detachment discharge caused when a sheet-like medium is detached from the transfer belt, wherein the antistatic member is situated in the main body at a position on a downstream side of the at least one photosensitive drum and on an upstream side of the fixing unit along the conveying path, wherein the at least one photosensitive drum is held on a photosensitive drum holding body configured to be detachably attachable to the main body; and the antistatic member is provided for the at least one photosensitive drum holding body on a downstream side with respect to a contact position between the at least one photosensitive drum and the sheet-like medium.

摘要： An image forming apparatus includes: a plurality of photoconductor drums; a plurality of exposure members; a drum supporting member having a pair of side walls disposed opposite to each other in an axial direction of the photoconductor drum and configured to support the photoconductor drums and the exposure members between the side walls; a belt disposed below and opposite to the photoconductor drums; a pair of guide members configured to support the drum supporting member while allowing rectilinear movement of the drum supporting member; and a main body circuit board provided in the main body and connected to the exposure members via a cable. The main body circuit board is arranged below the belt, and the cable passes a region outside the belt in the axial direction of the photoconductor drum and is connected to the main body circuit board.

The image forming apparatus includes a chassis having a first opening on a first side, a cover, movable between an open position and a closed position, a plurality of photosensitive members, an intermediate transfer belt, a plurality of primary-transfer members, a secondary-transfer roller, a first feed roller, a cleaner device, a waste toner container, which is removably installed in the chassis through the first opening and settled in a position opposite from the plurality of photosensitive members across the intermediate transfer belt, to store residual toner collected by the cleaner device, a connector, a first feeding path, a second feeding path, and a second feed roller. The second feed roller is rotatably supported by the cover and movable along with the cover to yield the first opening to the waste toner container when the cover is in the open position.

摘要： An image formation apparatus is provided that prevents a belt from becoming displaced or detached from a belt unit. When a belt unit is detached from a main body casing, a tension roller is fixed in an outwardly protruding position by a fixing member. Thereby, the conveyor belt is stretched such that the conveyor belt is configured to be prevented from becoming displaced or detached. When the belt unit is mounted in the main body casing, fixation of the tension roller by the fixing member is released by a releasing protrusion and a suitable operating tensile force is imparted to the conveyor belt by coiled springs provided on the main body casing side.
