摘要： A vehicle seat sliding device includes a lower rail adapted to be fixed to the floor of the vehicle, an upper rail adapted to be fixed to the vehicle seat and mounted on the lower rail for forward and rearward movement, and a releasable lock mechanism disposed between the lower rail and the upper rail for locking the upper rail. The lock mechanism has a lock lever disposed within sections of the upper and lower rails and extending forward and rearward, with the lock lever being movably mounted on the upper rail. A nail portion is formed on the lock lever and is adapted to be selectively fitted into engaging holes formed on the upper and lower rails from inside the upper and lower rails toward outside. An urging mechanism is positioned within the sections of the lower and upper rails for urging the lock lever toward its locking condition, and an operating mechanism operates the lock lever.

摘要： A seat reclining device has a first arm member adapted to be secured to the seat cushion frame or the seat back frame, a second arm member rotatably supported by the first arm member and adapted to be secured to the other of the seat cushion frame and the seat back frame, and a plurality of pawls for locking an adjusted angle of the seat back. The pawls are disposed on the first arm member and include at least a first pawl and a second pawl. Only one of the first and second pawls is provided with an engaging portion. The second arm member is provided with a receiving portion for preventing the engagement of the outer gear with the inner gear when the engaging portion contacts the receiving portion during relative rotational movement of the first and second arm members.

Within a predetermined frontward tilting angle range, the sub pawl is retained to be in disengagement state between the external toothed portion of the sub pawl and the internal toothed portion by the transmitting structure and the second restricting structure.

摘要： A seat apparatus for a vehicle includes a first lock mechanism switching between a first locked state and a first lock-released state and a second lock mechanism switching between a second locked state and a second lock-released state. The first lock mechanism includes a restraining member and a releasing member. The restraining member restrains a pivotal movement of a seatback at a predetermined angle position, at which the seatback does not interfere with a seat cushion moving between a first position and a second position thereof, when the second lock mechanism is in the second lock-released state. The releasing member is linked to the restraining member and releases a restriction to the pivotal movement of the seatback by being moved in association with a movement of the seat cushion when the second lock mechanism is in the second lock-released state.

摘要： A seat slide device for a vehicle includes a lower rail fixed on the floor of the vehicle, and an upper rail slidably supported on the lower rail through intermediately located members such as rollers and balls. The upper rail has a horizontal portion possessing an outer face adapted to be connected with a seat cushion frame and an inner face contacting the intermediately located members. The horizontal portion of the upper rail possesses a stepped portion dividing the horizontal portion of the upper rail into a connection portion adapted to be connected to the seat cushion frame and a contact portion which contacts the intermediate members. By dividing the horizontal portion of the upper rails into the connection portion and the contact portion, possible adverse affects associated with distortion resulting from welding the upper rail to the cushion frame is significantly reduced and preferably avoided. The seat slide device also provides smooth rolling of the rollers and the balls, and undesirable sliding force increase or large engagement play of the seat slide device is avoided. It is also possible to directly weld the upper rail and the cushion frame, and the number of required parts and the height of the seat device can be reduced. Also, the welding process is made easier by providing a space between the cushion frame and the slide portion of the upper rail.

摘要： In a vehicle set slide device, a lower rail has a base portion extending in face-to-face relation with a vehicle floor, two first inside portions extending in close contact upward from a center part of the base portion, and lower hook portions extending outward from upper ends of both of the first inside portions each to take an inverted U-letter shape. An upper rail has vertical wall portions extending downward from both ends of a horizontal wall portion. Further, the upper rail is provided therein with a hook member which has joining portions joined with both of the vertical wall portions and extending downward and upper hook portions extending inward from lower ends of the joining portions each to take a U-letter shape. When a separation load against the lower rail is exerted on the upper rail, the lower hook portions and the upper hook portions are brought into engagements.
