摘要: There is provided a temperature responsive polymer compound which comprises a repeating unit represented by the following general formula (I): —R1-Hmb-R2— (I) where, Hmb represents a valic acid residue represented by the following formula (II); R1 represents an amino acid, a polypeptide, or a hydroxy acid being linked by ester bond; R2 represents an amino acid or a polypeptide being linked by amide bond or a hydroxy acid being linked by ester bond: and wherein said polymer compound has 18 or more of amino acids residues and hydroxy acid residues in total.

摘要: A rotatable locking lever is provided in a slider in a direction of intersecting a moving direction of a carriage, and the slider is made to stop in a wiping position by making the locking lever locked by an apparatus main body side when the slider moves to a wiping position. It is possible to regulate an approach amount of a wiper to a recording head with high degree of accuracy even if horizontal portions are not provided on cam surfaces for restricting a position of the slider mounting the wiper.

摘要: An inkjet recording apparatus with a simple and inexpensive configuration, in which a relative position between a recording unit and a wiper can be controlled at an appropriate position in wiping a discharge port surface, is provided. The inkjet recording apparatus can securely perform the wiping, even if a convex part is formed on the discharge port surface. In wiping a discharge port surface, a wiper holder abuts onto a carriage or a recording unit to position not only a relative position between wipers and the carriage or the recording unit in a direction perpendicular to the discharge port surface, but also a relative position in the direction of discharge port arrays of the discharge port surface.
