    摘要: A linear displacement detection apparatus is configured to convert a linear displacement of a shaft into a rotary displacement of a sensor rotor of a rotary displacement sensor so as to detect the linear displacement. A sensor lever is fixed to the sensor rotor and rotatable about an axis of the sensor rotor. A sensor rod is located closer to the shaft than the sensor lever and configured to transmit the linear displacement of the shaft to the sensor lever. A bearing member is located closer to the shaft than the sensor rod and configured to release rocking of the shaft.

    摘要: A position sensor includes a longitudinally extending permanent magnet member at least two longitudinally extending arc-shaped projecting elements respectively projecting from the opposite ends toward the inside space to confront each other at a distance and a pair of compatible main magnetic sensors disposed in the inside space along the longitudinal axis at an interval so as to generate a pair of output signals when the permanent magnet member shifts along the longitudinal axis. The opposite ends of the permanent magnet member are configured to surround a common inside space and polarized to have opposite magnetic poles so as to provide in the inside space a magnetic field whose magnetic flux density becomes a maximum at a longitudinal center of the inside space and gradually becomes smaller as a position of the inside space shifts from the longitudinal center along a longitudinal axis of the permanent magnet members. The arc-shaped projecting elements are arranged so that the magnetic flux density and each of the output signals can be expressed by a cosine of a shift value from the longitudinal center, and the interval is ¼ of the cycle of the cosine.

    摘要: A terminal-supporting apparatus includes a resin part made of non-conductive resin material and a plurality of conductive terminals including parallel terminal portions which are directly supported by the resin part. The parallel terminal portions are electrically connected to each other through an electric element. The resin part supporting the parallel terminal portions is made of non-conductive resin material mixed with non-conductive reinforced fibers of which thermal expansion coefficient is smaller than that of the non-conductive resin material. An extending direction of the parallel terminal portion is referred to as a longitudinal direction and a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is referred to as a perpendicular direction. The non-conductive reinforced fibers have a fiber direction which is substantially the same as the perpendicular direction.

    摘要: A rotation angle sensor includes a housing, a detected object, a magnetism generation section, a housing cover, a circuit substrate, a sensing IC, and a resin body. The sensing IC includes a magnetism detection element, a molded body, and leads. The magnetism detection element outputs a signal in accordance with a change in a magnetic field due to a rotation of the detected object. The molded body covers the magnetism detection element. One end portion of each lead is electrically coupled with the magnetism detection element and the other end portion of each lead protrudes from the molded body and is electrically coupled with the circuit substrate. The resin body seals a portion of the molded body located between the magnetism detection element and the housing cover, the leads, and the circuit substrate.

    摘要: A movement detection unit detects a movement of a detected object and outputs a voltage signal to an electronic control unit. A buffer unit implements buffer amplification on the outputted voltage signal. A pull-up resistor element or a pull-down resistor element is connected with the buffer unit via a wiring portion. A current detection unit detects a direction of an electric current flowing through the wiring portion to output a safe specific voltage signal to the electronic control unit on disconnection of the wiring portion. A power-supply-voltage detection unit detects decrease in a power supply voltage applied to the movement detection unit. A voltage switching unit sets the voltage signal, which is outputted to the electronic control unit through the wiring portion, on a high-voltage side or a low-voltage side according to the detected direction of the electric current, on detection of decrease in the power supply voltage.
