    摘要: A target-pixel-setting section (31) sets a target pixel in a target image to be predicted. A motion-direction-detecting section (32) detects a motion direction corresponding to the target pixel. A pixel-value-extracting section (36) extracts from peripheral images corresponding to the target image, in order to extract a main term that mainly contains component of the target pixel in a moving object that encounters a motion blur in the peripheral images, at least pixel values of pixels in the peripheral images whose space position roughly agree with space position of the target pixel. A processing-coefficient-setting section (37a) sets a specific motion-blur-removing-processing coefficient. A pixel-value-generating section (38a) newly generates pixel values for processing from the pixel values extracted by the pixel-value-extracting section (36) corresponding to the motion direction and generates pixel values corresponding to the target pixel based on the pixel values for processing and the specific motion-blur-removing-processing coefficients. It is possible to perform a robust motion-blur-removing processing on any shifts of motion vector.

    摘要: A signal processing device and signal processing method, and program and recording medium, whereby images and the like closer approximating real world signals can be obtained. An object which is moving at a movement amount v in the horizontal direction is photographed, and an image wherein the object is blurred is input into a signal processing device. A continuity setting unit supplies the movement amount v of the object to an actual world estimating unit as continuity information. The actual world estimating unit estimates a pixel value for an image without blurring, by computing a normal equation comprising a model equation which models the relation of the pixel values in the input image and the pixel values in an image without blurring according to the movement amount v, and a constraint condition expression which constrains between the pixels in an image without blurring, and supplies this to an image generating unit. The present invention can be applied to, for example, cases of removing movement blurring from an image, for example.

    摘要: A picture processing apparatus for generating an output picture signal with higher quality than the input picture signal. A first signal processor has a storage device for storing a picture signal with the same quality as the output picture signal. The input picture signal and the stored picture signal are added to generate a first picture signal with higher quality than the input picture, which is stored in the storage device. A second signal processor performs a class categorizing adaptive process by extracting a feature of the input picture signal corresponding to the position of a considered pixel of the output picture signal, categorizing the considered pixel as one of a plurality of classes corresponding to the feature, and calculating the input picture signal using a predetermined calculating method corresponding to the categorized class, thereby generating a second picture signal with higher quality than the input picture signal. One of the first and second picture signals is selected as the output picture signal.

    摘要: An input picture signal having noise added through a transmission path or the like is supplied. Noise is removed from the input picture by a class categorizing adaptive process in which predictive coefficients are pre-learnt and decided for each class. A class corresponding to a noise component contained in the input picture is decided. Predictive coefficients of the class and the values of pixels of frames containing a considered pixel of the input picture signal are linearly combined. Thus, predictive pixel values are generated, which are free of noise. When motion of a considered pixel is detected and pixels that are used to decide a class and pixels that are used for a predictive calculation are compensated corresponding to the motion, noise accurately corresponding to a noise component can be removed from the input picture signal.

A straight line parameter voting circuit selects the maximum frequency of the supplied straight line parameters. A voting pixel updating circuit updates voting pixels.
