摘要： A dipping type wafer treatment apparatus includes a treatment solution bath capable of forming a uniform rising flow of a treatment solution inside from an inlet to an outlet, a treatment solution supplying unit for supplying a treatment solution at a constant velocity to the inlet of the treatment solution bath to form a uniform rising flow of the treatment solution inside the treatment solution bath and a device for dipping and retrieving the wafer into and out of the uniform flow of the treatment solution. The treatment solution is supplied from the inlet in the treatment solution bath and drown off through an outlet of the treatment solution bath. Accordingly, the treatment solution can be rapidly substituted, and the wafers to no experience contact with air during replacement of the treatment solutions.

摘要： A key telephone system having an off-hook announcing function comprises a main unit and a plurality of standard key telephone sets each connected to the main unit. In the system, the main unit includes a plurality of digital telephone interface circuits connected to the key telephone sets and also a voice addition circuit. When one telephone set issues an off-hook announcement to another telephone set, the voice addition circuit adds together the voice signals received from the telephone sets and transmits the resultant added voice signal to yet another telephone set to provide to that telephone set an off-hook announcement.

摘要： A saturable reactor is in a conductive state or has a magnetic switching function depending on the direction of the current flowing through it. Also provided is a power source apparatus for pulse laser utilizing the satiable reactor. The saturable reactor comprises a saturable magnetic core (1); a principal coil (2) wound around the saturable magnetic core (1); a subsidiary coil (3) wound around the saturable magnetic core (1); and a power source (4) which feeds electric current (ib) to the subsidiary coil (3) when the transition of the saturable magnetic core (1) from unsaturated state to saturated state is effected by the subsidiary coil (3) wherein the saturable magnetic core (1) becomes saturated state immediately when a current (i2) is applied to the principal coil (2) in a direction same as the current flowing in the subsidiary magnetic coil (3), while becoming the saturated state from an initial unsaturated state at the time when a product of the voltage and time reaches a predetermined value if a current (i1) is applied to the principal coil (2) in a direction opposite to the current flowing in the subsidiary magnetic coil (3).
