摘要: An elevator system includes a car that ascends and descends a hoist way, a power feeding device installed at a specific power feeding point of the hoist way, a power receiving device that receives power from the power feeding device when the car stops at the power feeding point, a battery that is charged by the received power, and an elevator control panel that controls ascent and descent of the car. When the remaining capacity of the battery is equal to or less than a predetermined capacity, the elevator control panel performs a rescue operation of a passenger in the car, and after the rescue operation, performs an automatic search operation of searching for a power feeding point where the power feeding device is installed according to the remaining capacity of the battery.

摘要: By using, as input, elevator specification information including at least sizes, quantity, and service floors of a plurality of elevators, a method for installing the plurality of elevators is calculated based on either the quantity of the plurality of elevators or the sizes of the plurality of elevators from arrangements including at least one or more of a planar arrangement where the plurality of elevators are aligned in a row on one side configuring an elevator boarding place, or an opposed arrangement where the elevators are divided and located on two opposite sides configuring the elevator boarding place; the shape of the elevator boarding place is determined by calculating the two sides configuring the elevator boarding place on the basis of the installation method and the sizes and quantity of the plurality of elevators; and furthermore, an elevator boarding place layout is generated by determining each floor where the elevator boarding place is to be installed according to the service floors.

摘要: In a building human flow estimation system having a building human flow simulation section which receives, as input values, building traffic data indicative of floors between which people move by using an elevator in a building, building layout data related to a layout of the building, and an elevator parameter value related to the elevator and estimates a flow of people, there are provided an evaluation section which calculates an evaluation value for evaluating a reproduction degree of the flow of people estimated by the building human flow simulation section based on a first evaluation index related to the flow of people estimated by the building human flow simulation section and a second evaluation index related to an actual flow of people in the building, and an output section which outputs the evaluation value calculated by the evaluation section.

摘要: To make it possible to comprehensively predict the movement of people by associating an elevator control system in a facility such as a building and an external system other than this system with each other and thereby provide a new service that has not existed before. There is provided an elevator operation management system for controlling and managing multiple elevator devices in a facility, the system including: a reception unit that acquires information on the number of users to use the elevator devices and elevator car destination information; a learning unit that stores and learns, as past experience data, the information on the number of users and the elevator car destination information acquired from the reception unit; a per-floor number-of-people estimation unit that estimates the number of users getting off at each elevator hall floor using storage information of the learning unit; and a request information output unit that outputs the number of people getting off thus estimated in the facility to a system other than the elevator operation management system.
