    摘要： To make it possible to comprehensively predict the movement of people by associating an elevator control system in a facility such as a building and an external system other than this system with each other and thereby provide a new service that has not existed before. There is provided an elevator operation management system for controlling and managing multiple elevator devices in a facility, the system including: a reception unit that acquires information on the number of users to use the elevator devices and elevator car destination information; a learning unit that stores and learns, as past experience data, the information on the number of users and the elevator car destination information acquired from the reception unit; a per-floor number-of-people estimation unit that estimates the number of users getting off at each elevator hall floor using storage information of the learning unit; and a request information output unit that outputs the number of people getting off thus estimated in the facility to a system other than the elevator operation management system.

    摘要： A method for providing well access in an elevator well having at least one elevator car moveable in the elevator well, includes the following steps: a well access operating mode of the elevator is activated, in which well access operating mode the elevator car will not respond to any landing calls, group controller commands or to any other remote commands, upon activation of the well access operating mode the car is controlled to travel a set distance up or down, the car is controlled to stop at said distance for a given time, the elevator will automatically exit the well access operating mode and return back to service if within the given time no well entrance, e.g. landing door, is opened. After non authorized activation of the well access operating mode, the elevator is automatically returned to service, which reduces the danger of off-service times of the elevator based on misuse of activation signals.

The elevator control device includes a damage detector that detects damage due to disaster at each floor and outputs the detected damage as damage information of each floor; and a person detector that detects the number and positions of persons present at each floor and outputs these data as person number and position information, and in the emergency evacuation operation, the elevator control device body develops an elevator evacuation operation plan based on the position of the elevator car, the damage information, and the person number and position information, and controls the operation of elevator based on the developed evacuation operation plan.

    摘要： There is provided an elevator control device that performs fire emergency operation based on a contact signal sent from a fire detector having a contact B, wherein even in the case where, for example, when the elevator is being installed, the contact signal sent from the fire detector cannot be used, the normal operation of elevator can be performed. For this purpose, the elevator control device includes an operation selection control section that causes the normal operation to be performed when a contact signal sent from the fire detector is received, and causes the fire emergency operation to be performed when the contact signal sent from the fire detector is cut off, and a function judgment section for judging, based on predetermined conditions, whether or not a fire emergency operation function of the elevator is valid. When it is judged, by the function judgment section, that the fire emergency operation function of the elevator is invalid, the operation selection control section causes normal operation to be performed regardless of the presence or absence of the contact signal sent from the fire detector.
