Abstract: A service cooperation support system transmits a creation request concerning an external service to a service management system having a creation function concerning the external service, when a flow on a flow editing screen includes a service using node, and a user request for connecting the external service to the service using node is detected, and the system acquires, from the service management system, connection information (information created by the service management system) for connection to the external service created by the service management system in response to the creation request. The service cooperation support system sets the acquired connection information in the property of the service using node.

Abstract: A management apparatus executes: receiving from a given communication apparatus where a fault has occurred, fault information; selecting a given flow that passes through the given communication apparatus from among a group of flows on the basis of the identification information of the given communication apparatus included in the fault information; determining whether the communication pattern of the given flow is similar to the given time series data indicating the change over time of the traffic within a period from a set period prior to the fault occurrence date and time to the fault occurrence date and time for the given flow; calculating the certainty that the given flow has been transmitted on the fault occurrence date and time on the basis of a frequency of appearance of the traffic of the communication pattern determined to be similar; and outputting calculation results.

Abstract: Accuracy and processing speed for searching in searching for a pattern that matches a log is achieved with a log normalization apparatus for normalizing a log output from an information processing system into a structured log. The apparatus has a log input unit that receives a log output from an information processing system; a storage unit that stores pattern information, which are patterns of logs, and a first priority information indicating a first priority for pattern matching corresponding to a log transmission source. A pattern matching unit is configured to, when the log received is a log transmission source corresponding to the first priority information, perform pattern matching between the log and the patterns in the pattern information using a pattern corresponding to the first priority and convert the log into a normalized log using the pattern matched, and the normalized log converted by the pattern matching unit is output.

An operator management apparatus of the present invention includes an application system construction unit which designates a configuration of the application system including a set of operators, a resource management unit which acquires resource information about a set of resources generated by the set of operators, and a relation determination unit which, using a feature value of a first operator included in the set of operators and the resource information, calculates a probability at which a first resource included in the set of resources corresponds to the first operator to thereby determine the corresponding relation between the first operator and the first resource.
