    摘要: An object of the present invention is to improve the reliability of a rotating electric machine. A stator of a rotating electric machine includes a stator core on which teeth and slots are provided on a cylindrical inner surface, a plurality of windings arranged inside the slot, and slot liners disposed between an inner wall of the slot and the plurality of windings. Each of the plurality of windings has a first surface formed along a radial direction of the stator core and a second surface formed along a circumferential direction, the slot has a first inner wall facing the first surface, and a second inner wall facing the second surface, an adhesive layer expanded by processing is formed on a front surface of the slot liner, when an area of the first surface is larger than an area of the second surface, a distance between the first surface and the first inner wall is smaller than a distance between the second surface and the second inner wall, and when the area of the first surface is smaller than the area of the second surface, the distance between the first surface and the first inner wall is larger than the distance between the second surface and the second inner wall.

    摘要: Reliability of a rotating electrical machine is enhanced. A stator of a rotating electrical machine includes: a stator core being provided with teeth and slots on a cylindrical inner side surface of the stator core; a plurality of winding wires being each arranged inside each of the slots; and slot liners being each arranged respectively between an inner wall of each of the slots and each of the plurality of winding wires, each of the slot liners has a sheet-like first insulating substrate, a second insulating material layer being disposed on at least one surface of each of the slot liners, and an adhesive layer which expands between the first insulating substrate and the second insulating material layer by processing, the second insulating material layer is provided with a through-hole which communicates a side of the first insulating substrate with the inner wall of each of the slots, and each of the slot liners is disposed inside each of the slots in such a way that the second insulating material layer is provided on a side closer to the inner wall of each of the slots than the first insulating substrate.

The insulating member includes a through hole through which the segment coil penetrates and is accommodated.     摘要: An object of the present invention is to firmly fix a magnet at a predetermined position of a magnet insertion portion. A rotor for a rotary electric machine includes: a rotary shaft; at least one magnet; a rotor core having at least one magnet housing inside which the at least one magnet is attached; and at least one fixing member disposed inside the at least one magnet housing to fix the at least one magnet, wherein the at least one fixing member includes: a first fixing portion that is in contact with a side surface of the at least one magnet in a radial direction of the rotary shaft or in contact with a side surface of the at least one magnet in a circumferential direction of the rotary shaft; and a second fixing portion that is in contact with an end face of the at least one magnet in an axial direction of the rotary shaft. The first fixing portion and the second fixing portion are connected to each other at an angle smaller than 90 degrees, and the at least one fixing member is inserted, together with the at least one magnet, in the at least one magnet housing and presses the at least one magnet against an inner wall of the at least one magnet housing due to an increase in the angle between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion.
