    摘要: An object of the present invention is to firmly fix a magnet at a predetermined position of a magnet insertion portion. A rotor for a rotary electric machine includes: a rotary shaft; at least one magnet; a rotor core having at least one magnet housing inside which the at least one magnet is attached; and at least one fixing member disposed inside the at least one magnet housing to fix the at least one magnet, wherein the at least one fixing member includes: a first fixing portion that is in contact with a side surface of the at least one magnet in a radial direction of the rotary shaft or in contact with a side surface of the at least one magnet in a circumferential direction of the rotary shaft; and a second fixing portion that is in contact with an end face of the at least one magnet in an axial direction of the rotary shaft. The first fixing portion and the second fixing portion are connected to each other at an angle smaller than 90 degrees, and the at least one fixing member is inserted, together with the at least one magnet, in the at least one magnet housing and presses the at least one magnet against an inner wall of the at least one magnet housing due to an increase in the angle between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion.

A stator of a rotating electrical machine includes: a stator core being provided with teeth and slots on a cylindrical inner side surface of the stator core; a plurality of winding wires being each arranged inside each of the slots; and slot liners being each arranged respectively between an inner wall of each of the slots and each of the plurality of winding wires, each of the slot liners has a sheet-like first insulating substrate, a second insulating material layer being disposed on at least one surface of each of the slot liners, and an adhesive layer which expands between the first insulating substrate and the second insulating material layer by processing, the second insulating material layer is provided with a through-hole which communicates a side of the first insulating substrate with the inner wall of each of the slots, and each of the slot liners is disposed inside each of the slots in such a way that the second insulating material layer is provided on a side closer to the inner wall of each of the slots than the first insulating substrate.

    摘要: A stator for a rotating electric machine includes: a stator core provided with slots arranged in a circumferential direction such that the slots are formed in two or more layers in a radial direction; and coils each having an inserted portion positioned inside the slots, and terminal end portions protruding from one end side and another end side of the stator core in an axial direction; wherein the coils include first coils formed to have a straight-line shape at their terminal end portions, second coils inclined in the circumferential direction at a predetermined angle with respect to an end face of the stator core at the one end side or the other end side of the terminal end portions, and third coils inclined in the circumferential direction at a predetermined angle with respect to the end face of the stator core at the one end side and the other end side of the terminal end portions, and the first coils, the second coils, and the third coils are connected to each other at their respective end portions to form a multiple winding.
