摘要： Disclosed is a suspension subframe structure of a vehicle, which is capable of improving the overall rigidity of a suspension subframe to effectively receive input loads from suspension arms, while reducing the overall weight of the suspension subframe. The suspension subframe structure for supporting a plurality of suspension arms 14, 16 of a multi-link suspension system comprises first and second lateral members 20, 22 each extending in a lateral direction of the vehicle body, a pair of longitudinal members each extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, and right and left inclined members 28 each having one end which is located on the side of a respective one of right and left ends of the first lateral member and provided with an upper-arm support portion and a lower-arm support portion, wherein each of the right and left inclined members extends obliquely relative to the lateral direction in top plan view to connect the upper-arm support portion and the lower-arm support portion with a laterally intermediate portion of the second lateral member.

摘要： A vacuum envelope includes a flat faceplate and a flat rear plate opposed to the faceplate. A phosphor screen is formed on an inner surface of the faceplate. A plurality of support members are located between the faceplate and the rear plate and bear atmospheric pressure acting on the faceplate and the rear plate. Each support member has first and second support portions. The first support portion is set up on the rear plate and has a proximal end face intimately in contact with the inner surface of the rear plate and a bearing surface substantially parallel to the rear plate. The second support portion is provided between the bearing surface of the first support portion and the faceplate, and has a distal end abutting against a predetermined position on the inner surface of the faceplate and a proximal end portion intimately in contact with the bearing surface of the first support portion.

In accordance with the present invention, it is possible to improve the turning performance on snowy roads without decreasing the steering stability or quietness during travel on a dry road surface.

An article is formed from a composition containing a norbornene polymer by forming said polymer into an article having a first shape, then deforming the article in the solid state to a second shape and cooling the article to a first temperature at or below the glass transition temperature of the polymer to retain said second shape, and finally heating said article to a temperature above the first temperature to recover the first shape.
