    Abstract: Provided is a motorcycle pneumatic tire in which the wet grip performance is improved while the steering stability during turning is ensured. The motorcycle pneumatic tire includes, on its ground-contact surface: a first inclined groove (21) that extends on a tire width-direction outer side from the vicinity of a tire equator and is inclined in the same direction as a tire rotation direction; and a short groove (22) that is arranged on the extension of a tire width-direction outer end of the first inclined groove (21). The tire width-direction outer end of the first inclined groove is positioned in the vicinity of a point at ¼ of a tread width (TW) from the tire equator on the tire width-direction outer side, while a tire width-direction inner end of the short groove is positioned in a range of ¼ to 5/16 of the tread width (TW) from the tire equator on the tire width-direction outer side; an inclination angle of the first inclined groove with respect to a tire circumferential direction increases toward the tire width-direction outer side; and an angle θA formed by a groove wall of the tire width-direction outer end of the first inclined groove with respect to the direction perpendicular to the tire surface, and an angle θB formed by a groove wall of the tire width-direction inner end of the short groove with respect to the direction perpendicular to the tire surface, satisfy a relationship of θA>θB.

    Abstract: A pneumatic tire includes a shoulder land portion and a narrow groove in a tread surface. The narrow groove extends in the tire circumferential direction and sections the shoulder land portion into a main land portion and a sub land portion. A first groove portion extends in parallel to the tire equator surface from the tread surface toward an inner side in a tire radial direction. A second groove portion is provided closer to the inner side in the tire radial direction and the tire equator surface side than the first groove portion, and extends in parallel to the tire equator surface. A connection portion is connected to the first groove portion and the second groove portion. A groove bottom portion is provided in an end portion of the second groove portion and has a widened groove width by depressing a groove wall of the second groove portion.

    Abstract: A tire includes a tread portion having at least one circumferential main groove extending in a circumferential direction of the tire and spaced axially apart from an equator of the tire. The groove has a circumferential profile shape including an inner wall portion extending radially inward from an axially inner edge of the groove, an inner arc portion continuous with the inner wall portion and having a smaller radius of curvature than the inner wall portion, an outer wall portion extending radially inward from an axially outer edge of the groove and having a larger length than the inner wall portion, an outer arc portion continuous with the outer wall portion and having a smaller radius of curvature than the outer wall portion, and a groove bottom portion extending straight from the outer arc portion toward the inner arc portion while being inclined in a radially inward direction whereby the groove bottom portion has a constant radius of curvature.

    Abstract: A heavy duty tire includes a tread portion provided with a pair of circumferential main grooves including at least one zigzag groove, lateral grooves extending between the main grooves to form center blocks therebetween, and lug grooves. Each lug groove includes an axially inner portion connecting to the zigzag groove while curving toward a first circumferential direction of the tire. The lug groove has a first groove edge disposed on a side of the first circumferential direction and a second groove edge facing against the first groove edge. The first groove edge is connected to an axially outer groove edge of the zigzag groove. The second groove edge is connected to an axially inner groove edge of the zigzag groove. The lug groove includes a constant groove width, and a groove-bottom width smoothly decreasing axially inward from the tread edge.
