    摘要: Provided are an Mn--Zn ferrite in which the core loss is low and Bs is high at high temperatures; a transformer capable of being small-sized and suitable to use at high temperatures; and a method for efficiently driving the transformer. Also provided is a transformer capable of being small-sized and suitable to use in a broad temperature range including high temperatures. Further provided are a high-efficiency transformer capable of being small-sized, in which the core loss in the ferrite core is low and the saturation magnetic flux density is high therein at the temperature at which the transformer is driven; and a high-efficiency driving method for the transformer. Depending on its use, Mn--Zn ferrite to be the ferrite core for the transformers comprises, as the essential components, specific amounts of Fe.sub.2 O.sub.3, ZnO and MnO, and, as the side components, specific amounts of SiO.sub.2, CaCO.sub.3, Nb.sub.2 O.sub.5 and ZrO.sub.2. The core of the transformers is made of the Mn--Zn ferrite.

    摘要: There is disclosed a magnetic ferrite material obtained by calcining a raw material, forming a calcined powder into a desired shape and sintering to contain Fe2O3, MnO and ZnO as main components, the magnetic ferrite material with a low power loss is realized by setting the coefficient of variation (CV value) of the content of a Ca component precipitated along a grain boundary in a range of 1 to 60%, and the magnetic ferrite material is manufactured by calcining the raw material containing Fe2O3, MnO and ZnO as the main components to obtain the calcined powder in which that the S component content is in a range of 1 to 200 ppm, and forming the calcined powder into the desired shape and sintering.

    摘要: A ferrite which has a high initial permeability, excellent anti-stress properties and excellent temperature characteristic, obviates the use of lead, and is inexpensive, the ferrite being capable of materialize the narrow tolerance and high reliability of a resin mold type inductor without causing environmental pollution, the ferrite having a main component containing at least iron oxide and nickel oxide, an additive containing at least one of bismuth oxide, vanadium oxide, phosphorus oxide and boron oxide, a first auxiliary component containing silicon oxide and a second auxiliary component containing at least one of magnesium oxide, calcium oxide, barium oxide and strontium oxide, the content of the additive being 0.5 to 15 wt % based on the main component, the content of each auxiliary component being 0.1 to 10.0 wt % based on the main component, and a resin mold type inductor for which the above ferrite is applied.

    摘要: An electrically conductive member constituted by at least one member of the group consisting of carbon black, graphite and carbon fiber, a powdered or granulated material of an inorganic hollow body and inorganic reinforcing fiber are bonded to one another by an inorganic adhesive agent to thereby form an electric wave absorber. The electric wave absorber exhibits excellent electric wave absorbing power because of both the electrically conductive member and the powdered or granulated material of the inorganic hollow body which are contained in the electric wave absorber. The electric wave absorber has excellent mechanical strength because of the inorganic reinforcing fiber which is contained in the electric wave absorber. The electric wave absorber exhibits excellent nonflammable characteristic because of both the powdered or granulated material of the inorganic hollow body and the inorganic reinforcing fiber which are contained in the electric wave absorber. Preferably, the electric wave absorber is provided with a nonflammable layer which is integrally bonded to at least one portion thereof and which is constituted by at least one member of the group consisting of a nonflammable sheet made from a slurry containing sepiolite as a main component, and an inorganic coating agent layer.

    摘要: The process for the preparation of an oxide magnetic compact of the invention comprises:a step of preparing a mixed material which comprises 44 to 50 mole % of iron calculated as Fe.sub.2 O.sub.3, 0.1 to 8 mole % of manganese calculated as Mn.sub.2 O.sub.3, with the sum of iron and manganese being 50 to 54 mole % calculated as Fe.sub.2 O.sub.3 and Mn.sub.2 O.sub.3, 20 to 38 mole % of magnesium calculated as MgO, 17 to 22 mole % of zinc calculated as ZnO and not more than 5 mole % of copper calculated as CuO, anda step of molding the aforesaid mixed material to a predetermined shape and then firing it in an atmosphere of low oxygen concentration of 2.5 to 12% by volume. Therefore, there appears an extremely excellent effect that the oxide magnetic compact having excellent electromagnetic properties can be obtained at low cost.

    摘要: An incombustible honeycomb radio absorptive material is disclosed, forming a honeycomb structure that is an aggregate of many cells, wherein (i) the honeycomb structure contains a hydrated inorganic compound and an electrically conductive material, or (ii) the honeycomb structure contains a hydrated inorganic compound and has an electrically conductive layer made of an electrically conductive material being formed on the surface of the structure. A radio absorber is also disclosed, wherein a large number of the incombustible honeycomb radio absorptive materials are disposed on a shield panel or a ferrite tile covering he shield panel is provided. The incombustible honeycomb radio absorptive material and the radio absorber using it according to the invention are suitably used for an anechoic chamber and are excellent in the fire resistance and the radio absorption effect.
