摘要: A collection kit for the removal of unwanted material from a surface, said kit comprising: iv) ferromagnetic material to absorb and/or adsorb the unwanted material when spread across the unwanted material creating an area of operation; v) an apparatus having a magnetic source operable to attract the ferromagnetic material together with absorbed and/or adsorbed unwanted material when the magnetic source is touching or in the vicinity of the area of operation; and vi) means to dislodge the ferromagnetic material and absorbed and/or adsorbed unwanted material from the apparatus once the ferromagnetic material has been removed from the area of operation.

摘要: A method of preparing a thermoelectric material comprising an iron-sulfur compound, the method including: 1) weighing, grinding, and mixing an iron salt and a sulfur-containing source to obtain a mixed powder; 2) carrying out a hydrothermal reaction with the mixed powder to obtain a black precipitate; 3) washing the precipitate; 4) drying the precipitate under vacuum to obtain FeS2 powder; 5) annealing the FeS2 powder under inert atmosphere to obtain annealed powder, where a heating temperature is from 300° C. to 1000° C., a heating time is from 2 hours to 24 hours, and a flow rate of an inert gas is from 30 mL/min to 200 mL/min; and 6) sintering the annealed powder to obtain a thermoelectric material including an iron-sulfur compound.

摘要: A method for producing agglomerated tantalum particles, comprising: a step for grinding secondary tantalum particles, which are obtained by reducing a tantalum salt, and adding water thereto to give a water-containing mass; a step for drying said water-containing mass to give a dry mass; a step for sieving said dry mass to give spherical particles; and a step for heating said spherical particles. A mixed tantalum powder comprising a mixture of agglomerated tantalum particles (X) with agglomerated tantalum particles (Y), wherein said agglomerated tantalum particles (X) show a cumulative percentage of particles with particle size of 3 μm or less of 5 mass % or less after 25 W ultrasonic radiation for 10 min, while said agglomerated tantalum particles (Y) show a cumulative percentage of particles with particle size of 3 μm or less of 10 mass % or more after 25 W ultrasonic radiation for 10 min.

摘要: A method of preparing a tungsten metal material with high purity, comprising the steps of (A) providing a tungsten metal powder to mix with a metal nitrate to form a mixed powder slurry; (B) ball-grinding the mixed powder slurry to obtain a uniformly mixed powder; (C) sintering the uniformly mixed powder to obtain the tungsten metal material with high purity. Accordingly, the tungsten metal material with purity more than 99.9% can be prepared, so as to prepare the tungsten metal target.

摘要: A method for processing a powder material includes feeding a powder material through an additive processing machine to deposit multiple layers of the powder material onto one another and using an energy beam to thermally fuse selected portions of the layers to one another with reference to data relating to a particular cross-section of an article being formed. The powder material has spherical metal particles and a spaced-apart distribution of ceramic nanoparticles attached to the surfaces of the particles. The ceramic nanoparticles form a dispersion of reinforcement through the formed article.
