摘要: Disclosed is a lithium secondary battery comprising a cathode, an anode, an electrolyte and a separator, wherein the anode comprises an anode active material having a specific surface area of 3 m2/g or less, and the electrolyte comprises 0.1˜6 parts by weight of a propane sultone-based compound based on 100 parts by weight of the electrolyte. The lithium secondary battery solves the problem of performance degradation caused by the use of an increased amount of a propane sultone-based compound required to form a SEI film on the surface of an anode upon the first charge cycle. Also, the lithium secondary battery can provide improved cycle characteristics and high-temperature storage characteristics.

摘要: A call control method in a CDMA mobile radio communication system which can maintain the forward load in a sector below a predetermined level even when a forward sector capacity is overloaded by estimating the sector forward power using powers of activated traffic channels allocated to the sector when originating and terminating calls are controlled in the mobile radio communication system. According to the call control method, a forward sector excess capacity is calculated from the sector forward power for a predetermined period, a call and/or handoff call attempt block threshold value is determined using the calculated forward sector excess capacity, and then a call and/or handoff call is allocated by comparing the call and/or handoff call attempt block threshold value with the forward sector excess capacity value when a certain mobile unit requests a call allocation.

摘要: A method and an apparatus for wastewater treatment using a nitrogen/phosphorus removal process combined with a floatation separation of sludge that is replaced by the gravity settling secondary clarifier are provided for effectively removing organic substances, nitrogen, phosphorus, granular substances and the like from wastewater. Al or Fe electrode plate is used for generating the micro bubbles so that phosphorus is removed by Al or Fe ions dissolved from the anode. With the method and the apparatus, a concentration of the microorganisms in the bioreactor is maintained high so that the volume and area of the reactor are reduced, that removal efficiency for organic substances, nitrogen, phosphorus is increased, that deterioration of settlability due to sludge bulking or micro floc and deterioration of out-flowing water quality are prevented, that the time required for settling is reduced to increase the processing quantity of wastewater, and that removal efficiency for phosphorus is maximized by simultaneous performances of biological phosphorus removal and chemical phosphorus removal by chemical agglomeration in the solid-liquid floatation separation vessel.

摘要: A method of increasing a cell capacity in a mobile communication system is disclosed. In the present invention, the cell capacity is increased by a gain control of traffic channels in a CDMA mobile communication system which can secure the cell capacity and increase the whole cell capacity by lowering the powers of the traffic channels allocated to a cell to a predetermined level. Thus, even when a call allocation is abnormal due to a decrease of forward exess capacity value, the present invention allows an allocation of normal and handoff calls.
