摘要： A driving method for a display system including a display panel and a backlight module is provided. A first directional surface light source and a second directional surface light source are respectively provided by a first light source and a second light source of the backlight module through a light guide plate. Images displayed by the display panel are thus transmitted to a left eye and a right eye. A data enable signal and an image signal are received to determine whether the image signal transmits a two dimensional image or a stereoscopic image according to the data enable signal. When the image signal is the two dimensional image, the first light source and the second light source are turned on simultaneously. When the image signal is the stereoscopic image, the first light source and the second light source are turned on at corresponding display periods, respectively.

摘要： A stereoscopic display device with changeable barrier patterns includes a display panel and a parallax barrier device. The parallax barrier device is disposed on the display panel. The parallax barrier device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer, and a plurality of barrier pixels. The first substrate and the second substrate are disposed oppositely to each other, and the first substrate is disposed between the display panel and the second substrate. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. Each of the barrier pixels includes at least one switch device for independently controlling each of the barrier pixels to generate a changeable barrier pattern.
