    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to wireless communication methods and apparatus. One example method is executed in a communications system including N cells, where at least two cells of the N cells perform wireless communication by using a same carrier set, the carrier set includes M carriers, the M carriers are divided into N time-frequency resource groups, the M time-frequency resources in a same time-frequency resource group are in a one-to-one correspondence with the M carriers, and time domain locations of time-frequency resources corresponding to a same carrier are different, N≥2, and M≥2. The example method includes determining, by a network device, a first time-frequency resource group from the N time-frequency resource groups, and performing, by the network device, wireless communication in a first cell of the N cells by using one or more time-frequency resources in the first time-frequency resource group.

    Abstract: A coordinated scheduling method and a related apparatus are disclosed. The embodiments of this application may be applied to multi-frequency ultra-dense networking. The method includes: A base station first determines one or more frequencies corresponding to cells at a capacity layer and one or more frequencies corresponding to cells at a coverage layer. Some cells at the coverage layer are obtained by combining at least two cells having co-channel interference, and cells at the capacity layer are all cells that are not combined. In addition, the base station further obtains network information of the first terminal on at least one carrier set, and optimizes the current network based on the network information.

    Abstract: A communication method and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: A network device determines, in a first time domain unit, whether data of N to-be-scheduled terminals in a second time domain unit in M cells of the network device is delay-sensitive data; and if the network device determines that data of K to-be-scheduled terminals of the N to-be-scheduled terminals is delay-sensitive data, the K to-be-scheduled terminals are separately located in P cells of the M cells, and a power required for sending the delay-sensitive data in each of the P cells is less than or equal to a preset power threshold corresponding to the cell, the network device sends the data of the K to-be-scheduled terminals in a second time domain unit of the P cells.

    Abstract: A positioning method includes: sending, by a base station, indication information to a plurality of UEs, where the plurality of UEs have an MDT function in a cell covered by a to-be-positioned RRU, and the indication information is used to indicate the plurality of UEs to periodically report location information; obtaining, by the base station within each of at least one time period, time-of-arrival ToA measurement values of N UEs, where the N UEs are some UEs that report the location information in the plurality of UEs, N≥1, and N is an integer; and calculating, by the base station, a location of the to-be-positioned RRU based on M ToA measurement values obtained within the at least one time period and M pieces of location information that are in the received location information and that respectively correspond to the M ToA measurement values, where M≥3, and M is an integer.
