The method may also include generating, by the first communications device, a MAC PDU, where the MAC PDU includes the first data on each first logical channel and the second data on each second logical channel; and sending, by the first communications device, the MAC PDU through a direct link.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to a communication method and an apparatus, applied to an internet of vehicles, for example, V2X, LTE-V, and V2V. An in-vehicle apparatus triggers an on-board function for a first vehicle. The first vehicle carries the in-vehicle apparatus. The in-vehicle apparatus checks whether the first vehicle is allowed to use the on-board function on a first road. When the first vehicle is on the first road, the in-vehicle apparatus enables or disables the on-board function based on a check result. In the embodiments of this disclosure, whether to enable a corresponding on-board function may be controlled, so that the on-board function is enabled without depending on a human requirement. In this way, the corresponding on-board function may be controlled to be applied to an appropriate road, to reduce a vehicle accident risk, and a danger to social security.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of sending a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) service message. The method includes: determining, by a terminal device, a communication path for a V2X service, where the communication path is selected from at least two communication paths, the at least two communication paths include a first communication path and a second communication path, the first communication path is a communication path on which communication is performed using a PC5 interface, and the second communication path is a communication path on which communication is performed using a Uu interface; and sending, by the terminal device, a message of the V2X service by using the communication path. In the foregoing solution, the communication path can be selected from the at least two communication paths, to send the message of the V2X service. In this way, a communication path is flexibly selected for a V2X service.

Abstract: A synchronous communication method is provided. The method includes: obtaining, by a first terminal, first configuration information, where the first configuration information includes a first parameter; determining, by the first terminal according to a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) clock, a transmission timeslot corresponding to a current moment in a device-to-device (D2D) communications system; determining, by the first terminal according to the transmission timeslot and the first parameter, whether the current moment is a synchronization-information-sending moment; if the current moment is the synchronization-information-sending moment, sending, by the first terminal, sidelink synchronization information at the synchronization-information-sending moment, where the sidelink synchronization information carries indication information, the sidelink synchronization information is used to synchronize a second terminal with the first terminal, and the indication information is used to indicate, to the second terminal, that the first terminal is a synchronization source that uses the GNSS clock.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and an apparatus tear scheduling a transmission resource in a vehicular network, so as to resolve problems in the prior art that signaling overheads of a base station are increased and load of the base station is increased because a manner of scheduling by the base station is used to obtain a transmission resource. The method is: receiving, by a terminal, micro network system information that is sent by a node and that carries a micro network identifier and a node identifier, so as to access a micro network; when a communication task is generated, determining a target resource scheduling manner according to the communication task; obtaining a target transmission resource in the accessed micro network according to the determined target resource scheduling manner; and eventually sending, based on the target transmission resource, data that corresponds to the communication task.
